Boot Barn

Enjoyed my visit to Boot Barn. Came in looking for a Hat and left with 2. The Gentleman working the hats section was very knowledgeable and personable. Noticed 1 hat had a defect when I got home, came back next day and they swapped it no trouble. Will return to shop again.

This is a clean, nice store for buying western wear or work wear, as long as you understand that the prices are high. For quality boots, you get what you pay for, so don't be surprised when the Ariat boots you like so much cost $170+.

Great selection of cowboy boots of course. Was a little disappointed on the selection of women's work boots though. Only had two brands in black and one size in one brand, one size in the other. Brown boots had a ton of options. Unfortunately I can only wear black. Thankfully I was able to fit in one of the available black pair.

Nice place with lots of really nice boots and a good selection of other western wear. Very friendly staff, Danielle was very helpful with recommendations of products to take care of my sons new leather boots.

Great Stuff! They have been a big part in helping get bridesmaids dresses for my daughters wedding. The girl that we talk to every time is very helpful. Prices are competitive, and they seem to have a lot of stock. They don't mind ordering stuff from other stores, either. Very fast!

Good selection of boots and western wear. My son purchased a new belt, a second buckle and since he is in the military he received a 10% discount off each item. Good customer service and friendly workers

Great selection of boots and several other things. It's the only place that carries the brand boots I wear so I have to buy here, but I would continue to buy here even if I could get them somewhere else.

We enjoyed our visit to the Jackson store. My husband purchased a beautiful George Strait western shirt. And he purchased me a pretty necklace and earring set to match a ring that I have that belonged to my late mother. Nice store with pretty merchandise.

I don’t normally do to many reviews but Mrs Karen deserves so much credit, looking for hats for my groomsmen she gets them all ordered before anyone else. Everyone says no way it could be done and she did it. We drove from Southaven Mississippi and will do it again just for the service she provided. Thanks so much

Richard waited on me and he is the best employee I have ever seen! That guy is who you need at the door when you walk in. This young man knows everything about boots and such a outgoing personality. I will be back.

The Boot Barn is the GREATEST boot store that I have ever seen..and..has the largest variety of boots to choose from! They specialize in western apparel for men, women and children! They also have workbooks as well!

My first experience at Boot Barn was very impressive. They have a wide variety of men's, women's, and children's apparel. They have boots ,jeans, hats,shirts,coats,casual shoes,vest ,socks , work clothing and belts. They also carry wallets, belt buckles, jewelry, home decor and snacks. They have something for everyone in the family. Great place to get Christmas gifts ,stocking stuffers presents for any time of the year or even purchase work wear. The staff was very helpful and courteous the store was very clean and organized. Convenient location right of interstate 40 exit 79 vann drive Jackson Tn. If you haven't been you need to check it out. Merchandise is reasonably priced and they carry the newest styles I look forward to shopping here again.

The wife & I made the drive from Memphis to visit this store, and we each bought a pair of boots. Great staff, great inventory, really good prices. We will definitely return soon.

I wish I had a lot of money in this store. Beautiful selection of boots, western apparel, jewelry, purses. I plan to return again soon. Can't wait to purchase 3 pairs of boots I fell in love with.
