Carol in the pharmacy is a jewel. Knows everyone by name and is super efficient.

After showing up at Glenolden Rite Aid to get my second shot at 2:15 on 3-27-2021 I was told they had a glitch in the system and no shot was available for me . I was also told to try calling other places and I would be put on his waiting list with all the others.
I don’t need to say how upset I was .

I called at least 18 Rite Aid’s I must say that the Media Rite Aid went above and beyond called me back to say they had one and I could come in .
When I got to the Phamacy they had only one Pharmacist working he was very nice took care of all 8 customers waiting and assisted everyone of us . I was the last one to get the shot but he was as nice to me as the first one . Apologized for what happened even though he had nothing to do with it and made sure I was ok .

Really appreciate the service , compassion and professionalism showed .

Excellent caring service from Dan and Shannon! The Media Rite Aid is like a good 'ol neighborhood pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. They are always pleasant and always take care of me in an efficient manner. I have been a loyal customer to this location for several years and I don't plan on changing that any time soon :)

Rite Aid in Media gives excellent service. It's our neighborhood pharmacy.

I been using this pharmacy for a long time and everyone is great in the pharmacy. I only ever had one issue with the pharmacist when I asked him about a new script I have received and asked about more information on it and he slightly rolled his eyes and said what do you want to know and It was a bit awkward and I asked about side effects I may get and he held up my bottle and read me the side effects from the bottle. It just made me feel dumb. But other then that every other time has been pleasant experience.

Convenient location. Good selection of products, although stocking can be spotty. Occasionally, fantastic bargains. Good selection of snacks and candy.

They really need more cashiers.
