The discounts are great. Many Christmas items on sale. Their associates are all friendly and helpful. Betty was particularly pleasant today.

Amazing place for shopping. Options available for kids, wife and men collection. Staff were helpful and always ready to provide options for saving. Cash coupons are addiction. Variety of options during festive season.

I didn't know how to use my Kohl's phone app and Molly, the store manager, showed me how to do it and I was able to get a better discount on my purchase. She was very friendly and made my day.

I asked one of the store associate about their shorts. She showed me the three areas where I can select the items I wanted to buy. She was very helpful.

I really like the new look, I hadn’t been in a while and it’s nice to have a Sephora in there! The store has been around for a long time but still looks modern. I am leaving one star off because I went recently to do a return and ask about online pick up, and the associate who helped me seemed really bothered by me being there. I’ve worked in retail and I know that look of “oh great, another customer”. The trick to customer service is that the customer isn’t actually supposed to know you feel that way. But she did take care of my return and point me in the direction of pick up. I also really like the process of self pick up!

Update: giving back the star because tonight I went into the Sephora area and had some really great help! I wish I had asked her name, but she had really pretty gold glasses and was there by herself Monday February 26th at 8pm. She helped me with the drunk elephant products and was amazing!

Great service and the store is easy shopping. We drive out of our way to shop at this location.

Prices and availability is also excellent. The sales associate Loretta went above and beyond in her job.

Very helpful employee steered me right to what I needed and knew the merchandise well in the men's dept.

my only criticism is that having eliminated a door and checkout area is going to make christmas shopping harder with longer lines

Ok I had an awesome experience at the location on Manchester. Ms. Kerry was very helpful and amazing with her customer service. The lady whom checked me out I can't remember her name and it not on my receipt was a Queen and very help and knowledgeable about all the questions and experience I had thank you very much. She had beautiful nails thank you very much

Went to buy new bra and met Laurie- your bra specialist. She was so kind and full of helpful info. I ended up buying 3 different kinds. She is a wonderful asset to Kohls!

As always, great selection and great prices. This center very neat and clean. Staff is also very friendly. Usually I order online and pick up to get additional coupons. Now Sephora is also open at this Kohls center. It does have Amazon returns section too. Don't miss to drop by clearance sections to find items ar throw away prices. Keep watching your mails and emails for surprise coupons of 30%, 40% and 50%. I would definitely recommend shopping for kids, women and men. Thank you 😊

The store has good collection of clothes. There i saw toys and books too. But best of all i found some good stuff for my kid who is chubby but not very tall…so the pant sizes here are better than target and old navy

Very good customer service! The store is clean and tidy. Associates friendly. And the most important thing that I found what I was looking for. Azarra was very nice & helpful at the check out register. Definitely will recommend Manchester location for a great shopping experience.

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about where everything is at in the store. The store is very clean and well kept up as well. Compaired to the St. Peters location, which I highly advise anyone from going to that location! Avoid it like the plague! That store is very dirty and the bathrooms are horrible! Everyone should come to the Manchester location if you guy's are looking for clean everything and fast and friendly service...
