Excellent from start to finish! I would highly recommend this company. They walked me through everything they were doing, explained so I could understand, answered all my questions. Very careful as they pulled each part out and tested instead of just guessing as I have had in the past. Very clean with their work! When it came time for the final decision, loved the honesty on recommendation knowing the dollar outcome and possible added dollars I could incur. Felt like they were for me not against me taking advantage to get my business. Time for a new Dryer. I will use Appliance Guys for other services they offer!

Rob was excellent. Replaced broken air condenser in my Frigidaire refrigerator. Rob communicated every step of the way, beginning with morning confirmation through repair completion. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient. I highly recommend him for all refrigerator repair needs. Thank you Rob for great STL History/trivia and relatable stories.

Both of the guys were friendly, communicated well through the whole repair and when there were questions about the parts availability they came through and finished the job so we will have our oven/microwave for Christmas dinner! Thank you!

My dryer stopped heating. Scheduled online for one of the earliest slots available. Tech came in on time, diagnosed the issue, got approval to fix it. Paid for work and done!!! It took less than 30 mins! I have a working dryer! Will be going back to them for any other issues.

Andrew was right on time and courteous for our diagnostic visit- even with my annoying dog barking at him. He explained the issue and the costs associated with the repair clearly to help evaluate if the repair was worth it for our older dryer.

The Appliance Guys have come through for us evertime! Justin came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with my father’s washing machine. We thought we had a leak, because after the pipe had froze my dad turned the washer back on and water leaked from underneath. Justin came out and was able to check the washing machine and run a wash cycle to check for leaks. He was able to determine that when we had tried to run it shortly after the freeze that possibly there was still ice clogging the hose. It worked fine this time. He cleaned it off underneath for us. There was actually nothing wrong with the washing machine, and we were only charged for a diagnostic service call. Justin was very friendly and a delight to work with. I recommend calling the Appliance Guys

I highly recommend this company. Michael assessed the problem with our dishwasher and Paul installed the part. I was notified by text of the time frame for arrival with a picture of the technician. Both technicians were professional. Great experience.

Cody was at our home first thing this morning. The time frame was 8-12, so we very much appreciated his timeliness and making us his first repair stop of the day. Cody is a delightful young man - very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had our repair completed with 20 minutes of his arrival. I wish more people in the service industry were like Cody. He is a credit to his profession. The Appliance Guys have been a joy to work with!

My experience with The Appliance Guys has been great! Everyone has been very helpful from the ladies I talked with in the office & the technicians. The first person I spoke with in the office suggested I contact GE because even thought my fridge was out of warranty, the compressor was still under warranty which I did not know. This saved me alot, because GE did send all the parts needed for the repair.

The Appliance Guys were also the fastest company to be able to come out when my issue started!

I set up an appointment to have my dryer assessed. Justin was prompt and was able to find my dryer had a recall on the part that was broken and was able to fix it right away! Very happy with the result!

Great on time service, professional printed estimate given. Parts will be ordered and repairs will be made. Expecting a great outcome. Had to reschedule after an ice storm, repairs were made. The dryer is fixed, outcome is great!

My Home Warranty company scheduled an appointment with The Appliance Guys Company when I submitted a claim for a refrigerator problem. The service was outstanding-prompt and professional. We couldn’t get our gas fireplace to ignite. The appliance Guys were recommended to us. They were able to come out quickly, were very responsive, communicated well and had the fireplace going in no time.

Andrew was very nice. They sent his picture so that I would know who was coming (great security measure)We are just waiting on the part to finish fixing the washer. Would highly recommend this company, but would be even happier if they put the initial fee towards the final bill. ;)

We have a Verona stove and apparently it is not service friendly. After attempts by two other service guys, Paul was the one to get the job done! He took the time to do some research while he was here and figured out what was going on. Thank you Paul for the time and effort!

Knowledgeable, pleasant man. An error was made by them; they excepted the mistake, paid for it and stayed until it was repaired.
Repair man phoned next day to make sure refrigerator was working correctly. I would recommend this company.
