The store on Lafayette Center in Manchester has a new General Manager who is doing an AMAZING job and helping to elevate the staff here with exceptional coaching. I had a business issue that required a quick fix . . . Kaleb McKnelly is the GM who aided me. Expect great service, deep listening, and a problem-solver if you interact with him. GOOD JOB!

The store is clean and well organized. All the employees are in a good mood and helpful, and Donell (one of the managers?) is spectacular. He'll find what you need and make sure it's the best deal.

Very clean and organized with friendly, helpful staff. We were able to find quality school supplies reasonably priced that other stores didn’t carry or were out of. Had a pleasant and efficient shopping experience so I’ll remember to start at Office Depot next year to save multiple trips shopping around.

We needed a printer which was easy to setup. We bought one from a competitor but returned it because it was too difficult to setup. We went to Office Depot in Manchester, received excellent service, and found a printer which setup easily and quickly.

Knowledgeable staff was very helpful in finding the right printer for my needs. Reading reviews is great but I like to see the options in person and have recommendations by staff. Plus the store pricing was the same as online. I chose differently after seeing in person the size of the printer I had in mind originally.

An associate named Cole greeted me at the door, told me exactly where to find what I was looking for, suggested a service they offer and he was wonderful getting me what I needed at a great price! Every store should have associates that are so friendly and helpful.

I had trouble finding a store that could replace my toner cartrige and stopped in the Office Depot in Lafayette Center. Donell showed me the the selection but since I did not have the cartrige number with me, I came home and called Donell. He looked up ther number and told me he had it in stock. I then went back to the store where Donell once again was very helpful. These days it is great to find friendly and excellent service. Thanks you Donell! Stu

Great place to get things printed. They have always been quick and helpful. I go back with new challenges and leave silicified. The staff has been super in the copy/print area! Kudos.

Bought a stand up variable height desk online with pick up at the store and forgot to put in the reward number but the young associate re-did everything with the number. He went out of his way to help. Thank you!

Donnell Jones, Sales Supervisor, at Lafayette Center Office Depot, is outstanding . . . in every respect. He went out of his way to help with a problem created by inattentive and careless staff there on 9/12. He is a reason I will return to that store in spite of a previous negative experience. Ayeasha D. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the proper photo printer paper I needed for a very important project for my job. She suggested a brand that now that I have used it I’m glad I took her suggestion over what I was originally going to purchase. She’s an excellent associate with a fantastic attitude and very knowledgeable in what she’s doing.

I had to mail a return package. It was on a Sunday, and the associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and she explained the options when using United postal service, versus other options.
