It’s a favorite place for my dog to sniff around. She loves to watch the chinchillas and Guinea pigs. Everyone was helpful and friendly and seemed to truly love dogs. One thing I would love to see there and have not yet found at any Petsmart, is a good step-in harness for small dogs. I have to order them online and it’s more fulfilling to find it in the store, have interactions with people face to face, and support bricks and mortar!

Wonderful location for great service and exquisite adoption opportunities! Over the years this store has helped me build my happy little family of 2 cats with expert advice on a variety of topics. Their customer and veterinary services have provided reliable and affordable options that keep us coming back for more!

Caitlin is an awesome groomer. My pups love going to see her to get pampered. Shes the best!

I have been going to Pet Smart for many years. The associates are incredible. From the grooming to the pet hotel, they are all so professional. My dog loves to go to Pet Smart. She gets so excited as we walk in the front door. The workers welcome her with hugs and kisses, they are the best.

Went in because we rescued a baby raccoon and they were extremely helpful with resources to contact a wildlife rescue and formula to feed the baby. Great place

Great store layout, friendly staff, informative. Overall good deals, large selection of animal products. Clean store. I've brought my dogs here for training, and pet spa treatments and they are great. Wonderful location.

Always go here as they have more products than Petco does as I've found out trying to buy the same products. Merrick petite in the cans for dogs can only be found at Petsmart, along with Science Dirt mini bites for dogs. A treat I used to buy online only Bilac is now at Petsmart, too, so it saves me big time from having to rely online to buy them. Overall, it's one of the more extensive pet stores for products that I need monthly
Kudos to Petsmart for having in stock all the time all my products for my Yorkie.

The only place I'll take my puppy to get groomed. They listen to your needs and outperform

This is my favorite PetSmart. Huge selection of products but the staff is also very helpful and friendly. This location actually sells the full range of pets as I know some have stopped. There's even a kitten adoption area. So convenient this is by the emergency vet clinic.

Our little dog went to dog day camp today! Signing up easy-staff friendly and knowledgeable. We felt our pup was safe and well cared for. We will be back!!

Went in to get an aquarium that was on sale only to find out it was on sale for even more if you sign up for membership. The lady(sorry I can't remember her name) at the register was extremely helpful getting me signed up and was very nice.

Legacy did an awesome job on shih tzu somewhat neglected due to owner injury . He looked amazing and who could resist a holiday sweater?

Good prices for crickets. Our toads loved them.

Had an incredible experience today, thanks to Julie. My boyfriend and I have been on the fence about adopting another kitty for a while now. Julie really took her time with us and was very knowledgeable about, not only the adoption process, but also about introducing a new kitty to our older kitties, and other important topics that came up. She was extremely kind, attentive, and caring.
We have been to this store a few times before and have never received that level of service and hospitaity. We really appreciated it and will definitely be back as soon as we are ready to adopt.

Good selection, helpfull staff & the dogs love it!!!

I enjoy shopping at places that have knowledgeable staff members with friendly attitudes. I'm handicapped, so I tend to shop in stores that are easily accessible. I know I can find what I'm looking for, since they are so well stocked. One day I needed nesting material for Lemon and Kiwi, my frisky little parakeets who were definitely 'in mood'. The gentleman helping me quickly offered to order it for them, since they had sold out of this item. It was not only back in stock within a couple of days, but I was even notified as soon as it became available. I would highly recommend this pet shop as a place to go for a pleasant experience.

The store off Manchester road has a lot of more inventory than the one in Washington

We use Banfield for our pet health insurance and it is great. Banfield is inside Pet Smart, in the back of the store and is very affordable. If you're paying out of pocket for your pets health care then you know how expensive vaccinations are and by the time you pay for the first round, you could have gotten one of the Banfield care plans for a year. Check it out, it's well worth it.
