Best Buy

You probably know what Best Buy is all about at this point so here is what I will contribute that is helpful about this location. It is the most spacious, cleanest, best designed Best Buy that I know of in the metro area. The parking lot is not huge but it also doesn't seem to be a problem. Other than that, expect to find most everything you are looking for.

This store is wonderful. My parents and I came in at closing time on Memorial Day to purchase a tv, and the two gents that helped us were incredibly kind and patient. If I were in customer service, I would be soooo annoyed at my dad (who is old and rude and out of his mind) but they truly stuck it out like champs. Even loaded the tv the most proper way instead of rushing us out. Thank you guys so much for your assistance!

My husband and I recently returned and bought a TV and sound bar from Best Buy. Originally greeted by the manager at the front door on Black Friday, she asked a few questions and matched us with Al in Video. Al was fabulous helping us pick out an 83” Oled TV with a wonderful sound bar and Sub. My husband is retiring in 2 weeks and he is very happy to be getting this great theater. Al was so knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He asked good questions and easily demonstrated how this TV fit our needs perfectly. We had a great experience shopping at Best Buy and will certainly think of this store first when shopping for electronics and appliances. Good employees and good managers make the difference. Any store can sell a TV. They were the reason we came back and bought it.

The auto tech services with the Geek Squad did an excellent job installing Apple CarPlay and remote start on my 2017 Toyota Prius. Stephen and his team are professional, friendly, and thorough. They explained what they were going to order and install in detail. And then gave good instructions on how to use our new installations. I highly recommend them!

We bought an iPad and an external CD-rom drive for my laptop about a month ago. We were taken care of by Troy and he did a great job. Everything was seamless from walking in to checking out. Thank you!

Both recent visits were good. The problem with my laptop was a bad batttery, which they do not stock. They did get me the correct part number and provided suggestions on where to order one from. When the battery came in, I went back to the Geek Squad, they had the battery installed within 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the service!

They're closing this location, open box deals are everywhere for now. Just bought a 75" tv. Go before it's all gone.

Scheduled a curbside pickup for an item. Item was very quickly available for pickup, the process for notifying them I was there was very simple utilizing the email link, and the item was promptly delivered to my car. The only issue I have with this store is trying to get in and out of the parking lot. It is a very congested area and can be challenging to get access to. Not the stores fault, so I do not hold them responsible.

Top notch. This was the best experience we have ever had. Install of TV was today. Timely and professional and very tidy.

The store staff at this particular location that included Grant, Clayton, and Geek Squad Technician, Brody, went above and beyond my expectations.
Rather than argue and go through the continuing struggles with a particular manufacturer on a expensive product of theirs, they all worked together to provide a solution that was best for me.
I can’t thank them enough for all the time they spent assisting me with my exchange, purchase, and quick installation appointment.

This place has everything my 14-year-old son could dream for. He was in heaven and didn't want to leave.

Great gaming, PC and smartphone options.

I haven't been to the store in a while, but there are the closest store with item I wanted in stock.

Getting in and out of the location is a pain in the butt. And parking is okay.

Everyone I dealt with on the inside was super nice.

I really wasn't for sure where you're supposed to buy anything because the checkout lanes were closed.

The person who helped me find my item, seemed to be one of the salesmen for phones. He was also the person who checked me out.

Incredibly clean and organized location. Went in to pick up an online order and nearly walked out with a TV. That would have been a huge mistake on my part. Thankfully, the guys back in TV/Home Theater had a lengthy, informative conversation with me. I went home TV-less, but armed with the information needed to happily return later to buy a significantly more expensive TVa rather than as an upset customer returning a substandard product.

I've had great service at this location. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store was clean which makes it easy to find what I wanted. I also get the warranties on most of the items I buy. Which pays off if it gets broke ir damaged. Thank you.

This is a large store with so much to choose from. Very well stocked in each area made comparing easy. A section I was interested in which is usually low, out of stock and or without a display model.... Surprised and delighted me that it was well stocked with most every model sold there! Finding other things was easy with the size of the store and the fact it was organized and clean. The restroom was clean as well.
They were semi busy but finding an associate to help wasn't difficult at all.
Thank you to all the associates for keeping this store way above my standards.

Purchased three new IPhone 14’s last night. Malcom and Dic in the phone department are second to none!!! Made our buying experience fantastic!!! If you need new phones or any help I will go no where else!!!

Needed help from Geek Squad with my computer. Couldn't get my laptop to turn on so scheduled an appointment & waited a short time for my turn. They were able to fix the issue right away but left it to check for malware or other problems. The computer was ready the next day. All of the techs were very friendly & helpful. They explained everything so I could understand.
