AT&T Store

Paul at the Manchester MO store was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain (and show) all the options available to me. Needless to say, I'll be back!

I came in to switch carriers from Verizon to AT& T. I was greeted by Jeffrey immediately and he was knowledgeable interested in what I needed to change and made sure that I had everything working properly before I left the store. I am very impressed with him and your stores and your billing after being a Verizon customer for over 30 years. I won't be going back to Verizon. Congratulations and good employees.

I walked into the ATT store on December on Thursday December 15th around 2pm. Shacque was the employee working and he greeted me immediately. I had a technical issue with my phone and he fixed it for me right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you.

Had an awesome experience here! The reps make sure you are taken care of 100% and make sure that you understand everything about your plan and device. They do everything they can to give you the best bang for you bucks and keep it honest and transparent. Will only be going to this store from now on. Jayla and Ashley are the best and I recommend talking to them when you go here! Ashley is amazing and knows her stuff. That girl deserves her own store and a fat raise!

Jeff is the man!! I was convinced that I wouldn't be happy after the phone call I made for home internet, but Jeff completely flipped my mind! If you choose to call anyone other than Jeff your intelligence is lacking! I know I will definitely be passing his name and number around to anyone who needs anything at&t has to offer because I know Jeff cares about making anyone who calls him happy ! I wish there were 100 more people like Jeff, he's golden and a total asset to AT&T!!! So thank you Jeff, you have a client for life!!!!!

Fantastic and quick service by Shaq! Restored my faith in this company after having a terrible experience at the Ellisville AT and T store!

Jeff was alone on a Sunday but he helped us out figure out why we weren't getting our Internet promotions we signed up for!

I recently visited an AT &T store on Manchester in Boardwalk Plaza due to a malfunction of my phone. It was determined that my best option was to buy a new phone. Throughout this process I had excellent service and would like to compliment Michael, Jake and Brandon on their outstanding help.

Very helpful staff that takes the time to explain everything to anyone who comes in. Was there for several hours working on my account and saw them handle multiple guests. I've managed many people and I would be proud of the team if they were my employees. Great service!

Great store, very helpful & friendly staff. Purchased a new phone and staff was very helpful in transferring my data, showing me the features on the new phone along with recommending the correct needed accessories for the new phone. Also took time to review my plan and was honest in recommending I keep my current plan as it could not be improved.

Lost my phone and it was left here by a lady who found it on the ground and the employees here made sure I got it back thank you very much.
