Super friendly guys, very helpful. And the store smells good! Carlos helps guide me thru each time… very patient.

You have a gem of an employee in Orlando. After going to another nearby store that wasn't open 12 minutes after opening time, I came to this location. He was knowledgeable and had a smile on his face! I was not in a great mood arriving there, but the great customer service changed that.

The guys that work here are always so friendly and patient. My kids drop off packages daily and they love to see their ups friends.

Customer service here is great this is by far one of the best UPS stores that I have went to send a package off up on sending my package off the prices was fair and reasonable unlike other UPS stores that I have been to charged me 4 times as much well not at this location and I will return again

Orlando and the rest of the staff are super sweet and helpful. This location is the cleanest and most pleasantly smelling store I've ever been to. They are doing a superb job keeping up with the store. Keep up the great work UPS team!!! Thank you very much!

Stop by in today and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed and noticed that the place smells so nice and that one guy was vacuuming and the store looks so clean and neat. Orlando and Carlos was super helpful during my return process. They worked hard and pretty fast with customers quickly and accurately.

Came in the store, believing I had everything to ship out my package . I was wrong I encounter with an employee named Orlando. He was very helpful and he immediately guided me with the correct procedure to ship out. I couldn’t recommend the store and specially him because he did great service assisting me.

Victoria is absolutely amazing! She has helped us out a few times, one being when I had to ship my wedding dress across the country. She helped calm my nerves and always has a smile on her face. Thank you so much to UPS and Victoria for being there for your customers!

The service here is amazing! I had a large number of Amazon returns and needed a label printed for one of them. Orlando took such great care of me and was very patient and efficient as we completed each one! Definitely my favorite UPS store to visit! Excellent customer service and great people skills!

I absolutely love this location. From the employees, the convenience and most importantly the staff… I don’t even bother with any other location. Anytime I go they greet me with a smile and kind words. I like this location also because I’ve never ever had an issue with any of my packages getting lost, stolen, misplaced and or damaged. Orlando is such a great manager at this location. He is so kind and treats you with so much respect. He always has a happy face and provides great customer service. Ive been to many UPS stores and I have to say Orlando is the best manager I have ever met.

I have been using this store for about six months now and not once I have been disappointed. Their customer service is absolutely incredible, always willing to help. I have been here in their busy hours, not busy hours, weekends and weekdays, and they are always on their A game. The lady who works there, truly inspires me to be kinder to people. Highly recommend this place.
