Yesterday I had bought my dream prom dress from here ❤ I had great help from the staff. A worker named Coco helped me with all the dress options. The place was nice and clean and overall they have a good shopping experience ☺ great job ladies.

I have to give many many thank you’s to Peggy in the men’s department of Macy’s Willowbrook. MY GUIDING ANGEL and here’s why: I cannot tell you Peggy how much you helped me out today. I had been to another store before Macy’s and I didn’t find anything in the sizes I needed and when I asked the store clerk, I could barely speak before bursting into tears. To everyone reading this I experienced a death In the family today. I immediately tried to pull myself together to help choose the clothing for the funeral to help out family. It was so fresh on my mind and just finding out that made me numb today. When I went into Macy’s I asked 2 ladies for help and they pointed me towards the shoe dept. to speak to a lady about helping chose all the things I panned to get. Peggy was truly wonderful, helpful, and patient. I had a pair of pants in my hand that I liked when I walked in and then I saw a sports jacket. Peggy took me all around the store in search of a sports jacket like the one I saw. We found one and it was beautiful and perfect. We then searched for a shirt. She found a nice shirt and tie that went together wonderfully. I was not in a good mental state at all and very fragile. PEGGY WAS MY GUIDING MACYS ANGEL TODAY AND I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Peggy even shared with me she had experienced the same thing a few times. I chose a satin pocket handkerchief for the tiny picket on the sports jacket to top off the look and pull it all together then chose dress socks. A million THANKS Peggy !!!! You are a true asset to Macy’s and they are just so lucky to have you there. God bless you. With Covid going on and so many places short staffed, short on supplies … well you made a world of difference to me. You and I even got a giggle in when I chose the underclothes. You said you would have just gotten the short ones and I said I have never bought a pair of those for anyone!!!! And we laughed!! Had to go with the boxer brief Peggy. I hope I get to see you again someday. I appreciate you more than you will ever know. Your kindness meant the world. Summer

Great experience! Sales are 30-40% on many non brand items. Dressing rooms open but ONLY selective ones. Mask are worn by some and not many. Staff are masked 😷. Departments are well staffed for help. Tia in the ladies shoe department has always welcomed me in her style gestures. Then I met Nelly in the purse section. She gave me an experience to always remember. The service by these two women were of honor with their expertise and knowledge. It was quick and enjoyable. Even with the guidelines, it felt like a shop with freedom. It was a good day to shop at Macy's.

Easy to locate curbside which is what I used. Though very busy the wait time was minimal, friendly staff and great deals!!

Love Macy's. Have been a shopper since 1977, first Macy's I shopped was in New York. Beautiful store, especially at Christmas.

I have been working with Marina to help me find more professional that is comfortable. She showed me styles that I love, but I NEVER would have picked them out on my own.

It also came with a 5 piece sampler set with a $100 purchase that included Tommy Bahama, Mont Blanc, Jimmy Choo, Calvin Klein, Burberry fragrances.

The curbside was a breeze too! There were other shoppers that use the curbside parking designated spots , so I just parked in the area with the lines and turned my hazard lights on.

They came out within 3-4 minutes with my order.

Great place to shop for shoes, clothes, and purses, most of which are upscale so set your budget high.

Bought a suit on line on sale didn’t fit right, but the return was soo easy and hassle free.
Macys has some great suits and what a selection at willowbrook mall buy my next suit there next time! Great help also!

The Willowbrook store is spacious, easier to shop and better than the Memorial City store.

I love this store and I would like to say thank you to the employees of this place. My daughter forgot her Nintendo switch at this place, and I went to the next day, and they have it at the office. My daughter was so happy and me too because you have an honest person 💗 ❤ thank you Macy's
