Harbor Freight Tools

Excellent customer service experience for me. I came to exchange an ICON ratchet purchased two days earlier at a different location on a day when 20% discounts for ICON tools were available. Realizing a day after purchase that I purchased the wrong one, I returned to this location because they had the item I needed. The store manager allowed the exchange to occur and honored the 20% discount to apply to the ratchet exchanged for. I can highly recommend this store and its personnel!

This place has lots of tools and plumbing stuff. Was able to get the pliers I needed for about $25 less than the other home stores. Employees were nice. Recommend

In and out got the stuff I needed at a reasonable price...not everything is great quality but I even have bought some electric hand tools and they have really held up nicely... but I do get the extended warranty..with no hassle return or exchange...

Harbor Freight is my go to tool store for that one tool that I need that I'll use only a few times and then dispose of or tuck away in a tool box. Their tools are not Grade A quality like the other major name tool companies, but good enough to get the job done and a lot easier on the wallet. Sometimes the tools will surprise you and perform the same as the major brands do. I love their coupons and freebies. Thumbs up to Harbor Freight Tools!

I love that place because there are always 10 things I see that I can't live without!

I purchased several items and one was a compressor. I was too weak to lift and one staff member came to my rescue. He placed it in the back of my suv. Even the customers are helpful. One man explained how to use hitch equipment with the locks he suggested. I will always go here for future sales. Very happy.
