Friendly staff. Most of the staff is helpful. They take you to what you are looking for and not just pointing over there or down isle 7. Caring about your customers is important and most of the staff makes me feel special. Thank you for always helping me.

This location is very helpful and frequently gets flowers, plants, ect. The grass is usually awful though. Friendly staff. Plus it's located by Sam's, and it's easy to get my big errands done😎

Those of you who don’t go to Home Depot, or don’t use those products, you’re missing. All of the associates will actually walk you to where you need to find everything and you need to take care of everything you possibly can to work with them.

I love this Home Depot , always find what we need and the decorations for Christmas ⛄ are just lovely.

I decided to go into home Depot to get some flower pots for some plants that need repotting since we entered into covid-19 I have kind of gotten into planting with my mom and my neighbor's help. I have two plants that need to be repotted in these pots. They were a good price and I had a bit of variety when I was choosing them. I was looking for some other things like a solar flashlight which I didn't find and some dirt to be on clearance which I didn't find so I still have to go elsewhere to look but overall my time at home Depot was it was okay.

The store manager Mike was absolutely exceptional! He walked up to our vehicle when he saw we were looking at the tools available outside. He helped us locate the piece of equipment we needed & helped us in-store!

I ran into my local Home Depot to find a water sprinkler and hose. The last hose and sprinkler I got was from Amazon and I didn’t know what I purchasing would work together. I got someone to help me and very kindly showed me how work it.

Best place to buy all building and landscaping materials. Great service from knowledgeable staff. Picture shows a garden spot grows from a package of seeds of butternut squash.

I don’t usually leave reviews for stores but I had to express just how polite and kind the people working here are! Everyone we asked questions to was knowledgeable and super nice. I really appreciated the help of one associate with looking at screws. He (I believe his name was Rich or Richard) spent probably 10 minutes looking at the examples screws we brought and making sure we got the right ones and all the supplies we needed. He was so patient and helpful! Great job Home Depot team!

Home Depot well stocked store.. impressive how big it was. And Ryobi deal was super good for the black Friday sale. Ended up getting the $88 deal on chansaw 18V. Worked pretty well for what I needed to cut down definitely would end up recommend this deal if you have small trees in your backyard...shire why not I'll give it 5 star ⭐✨

I'm not one to write reviews but I was incredibly impressed and grateful for the above and beyond assistance I received from Aisha in the Customer Service desk. I had trouble reaching anyone in the ProDesk dept and the store I originally was ordering from (spring location) was not answering and I needed to get a large order in and make payment. Aisha called and reached someone and stayed on the phone with them for about an hour while helping me get my order taken care of and assisted with payment. And did it all with a smile on her face! Love to see people enjoying their work. Keep up the great work Aisha!

She answered my questions, showed me wear to go instead of just pointing. When she didn't know she handed me personally over to the person who did them came by so see if had everything I needed.

Decent prices, always my go to home improvements. Thier strength is still people. I can always get a hold of so.eone who knows a little about what I'm making for advice on a purchase.

Staff is helpful. Definitely one of the better Home Depot locations in the Houston metropolitan area.
Whatever you do, do not go to the Lowe's @ I-10 and Bunker Hill.

I came here to get a land mower and everything is very nicely labeled and separated per isle which facilitated finding what I was searching for. The staff was polite and it was clean. The parking lot is a bit run down already but it is still alright. Everything else is easy and can get you ready to start your next project or your next job request.

Staff was friendly. Helped answer gardening questions with great knowledge.

I recently had items delivered from lowes and had the worst experience possible. I ordered French doors and interior doors from Home Depot assuming id have a similar experience . I was very wrong.

I received a call 30 mins prior to delivery and they actually came right at 30 mins. The 2 delivery drivers (Richard and Jose) informed me that they could not bring the French doors upstairs where I needed, nor would it fit through my front door. I had no choice but to cancel the order which would delay our project tremendously.

Richard and Jose went above and beyond. They managed to lift it from outside to my 2nd story. No clue how they made it happen but they did. They saved the day. I tried to tip them several times but they refused and said they are here to make life easier for the customer and try to make us smile. They definitely did just that. I will continue to do business with this location just because of the amazing service I received.
