Shout out to the service technicians. You persons make my wheels turn, my oil and gas flow, my engine beat fast, and take my exhaust away. Without you people I’d be left with having to do it all on my own, and that’s not a world we should want to live in. I’m not just trying to be corny, sappy, or sentimental. You ladies and gentlemen light up my life when I need it most, mechanizingly mechanically make me whole, and complete me.

We didn't plan on buying a car but stopped to get new tires. While we were waiting we browsed the floor and they had the exact model (Ford Edge ST) on sale. We had such a positive experience with our service advisor, Gwen, and our salesperson Phil, that we decided to buy the car on the spot! We traded in our old Ford Escape! Great service - from their service advisors, to the salespeople, and even Adriana in Finance was a delight to work with. We don't even live in Texas but were vacationing there. Simply a great staff and I would not hesitate to work with them for a new car or service on your current Ford.

Doggett was great to work with. Fast, fair, and no hassle back and forth during negotiations on trade. I called ahead on the truck I was interested in and told them I was on a time crunch so they had everything ready for me when I arrived. I test drove while they appraised my truck and then signed paperwork and was finished with in no time driving my new truck off the lot.

My son was in need of a new vehicle as his old vehicle had died. He first went to Tom Peacock Nissan who tried to sell him a 2018 Dodge Charger that listed for 18k and would end being 50k and I was like ABSOLUTELY NOT. Let's head to Doggett which was right down the way. Called, spoke to Johnny Greene about the 2022 Chevy Malibu we saw online and advised I was on my way. Within a couple of hours of doing the test drive, negotiating and paperwork my son drove off in his brand new car. Thank You Johnny Greene for helping my son get into something reasonable and reliable and not having to pay for it for the rest of his life because his credit is not good. This is our second purchase as a family from Doggett and I am sure we will be back if the need requires.
