Kohl's

Came on a Friday afternoon to get a pickup order. I was in and out quickly. Now to get your pickup order - you go all the way in the back, you type in the code online in the email and it tells you what cube spot your items are at. So much easier than waiting at the customer service desk.

Nice sales people and good prices. I would shop around when I comes to diamond jewelry. The supply they have isn't the best. Just my opinion.

Mt. VERNON Il associates greeted and asked during time if needed assistance. Very clean store.

The customer service at this Kohl's was wonderful. The sales associates were able to take me right to the products I was looking for. I wish more stores had these values when handling there customers. One more thing when I was checking out the clerk's were eager to check customers out, even the customer service desk made it known to customers in line they were available. Quality employees doing rare things in this world.

Got my first suit from here. Great pricing. With coupons 150 bucks for shirt, sport coat ,tie and some of the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. And the nice young lady that checked us out said how beautiful my family was and how lucky I was. Thank you for the great visit

Love the workers and the building but those customers are very weird.

Great variety of clothes and very nice sales going on at the time I went. Cashier was friendly and patient as we brought up coupons to be used on our purchase. Since we havent been shopping since Covid, we didnt have our coupon in hand but she was patient and helped pull it up on our phone.
