It was a long drive but well worth it. A very organized business with excellent employees. Caitlin and Amanda we're very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. They listened to our wants and needs and helped us make the right choice in Thrives products. The product is most excellent, the whole experience top notch. Thank you Caitlin and Amanda! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thrive in Mt. Vernon, IL and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming face of Dani, one of the employees at Thrive. From the moment I walked in, Dani's warm smile and positive energy made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of during my visit. Not only was she incredibly nice, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the products and services offered at Thrive. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable recommendations based on my individual needs. I was thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch customer service. In 1975 my brother told my mother that one day you will be able to buy weed legally. Today I drove three hours to get to mt.. Vernon. The people that work there are the nicest people you can meet. Not only did I fulfill my brother’s dream. I had a great experience.

I was very impressed with this dispensary. We have our preferred dispensary near home but we were passing through and made the great choice to stop in! Melissa was extremely helpful in her explanations as well as saving us a lot of money by having us sign up for their rewards program.

We will definitely be making trips to Mount Vernon now to visit again!

Amanda is always a pleasure to see! She does such an amazing job making sure we get what we need and making us feel welcome! My husband and I have coming to this place for almost 2 years and look forward to it every time we come and pick up our green because Amanda always puts a smile on our face!

Every time I go to Thrive’s Mt. Vernon IL location it’s just awesome. Everyone is always nice and asks if we need help. Marco helped us today and he was very polite and helpful. Will definitely be back in and tell others to stop in!

I went to Thrive in Mt. Vernon today and while checking out, I met the most pleasant cashier. Her name was Caitlin and she is with out doubt the epitome of true customer service. Your company should be proud to have Caitlin as an employee and a representative of your brand.

Thrive is always my place to go! Madison helped me as soon as I walked in. She helped me find the best gluten-free gummies for me. Then, Caitlin checked me out and was very thorough. So friendly! Love Thrive!!
