There's nothing like a great boot. I went with the intention of buying one pair and walked out with 4 pairs of boots. Can't beat at $65 a pair. I bought approximately $1300 worth of boots for $260. They were close out or discontinued, but it was worth the buy. Stop on by and get you a pair. I'm not sure if they will have more. It won't hurt to stop by.

I went in earlier with my mom so she could choose her work boots and the 2 female employees were the kindest people and helped my mom out so much. Even though they were about to close they still took their time to help us out. Definitely will be going back!!

Went today to get some work boots for my mom and two ladies with glasses were working and were really nice helped us out a lot 🫶🏻

Quick, friendly and prompt service. I came in somewhat knowing how much I wanted to spend, what not features I wanted and my size. I rattled off these things to the sales person and they ran to the back and said, "these boots check all of your boxes" and they did and I paid and walked out not 15 minutes after walking in!

I started going to this location due to a poor experience at another location. It is farther to travel to get to this location but well worth it. Everyone I have dealt with on several occasions is very friendly and very helpful. I feel like I am an appreciated customer everytime I walk in the door. My company no longer has a boot program with Red Wing but I continue to purchase boots here due to the quality of the product.
So if you combine the high quality product with great customer service, why would I want to go anywhere else?

Came into the store and within a few minutes I had someone asking me if I needed help and took care of all my needs and questions, and she was very friendly and professional

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was assisted by Patty B. & Tracy C. And they gave me the best customer service experience. They were both very helpful, I was able to get a pair of work boots that fit great and exactly the style and protection I needed. They were both also very nice and personable. I was very happy with my experience at the Red Wing in Shorewood, IL. Next time I need new work boots I will definitely come see Patty & Tracy, they are both very knowledgeable with all the boot selections which made it a breeze to get the right boots. I've never been able to find a good pair of boots so easily until today. Thank you both!

I went in about 2 weeks ago and was looking for a 6” non metallic toe with puncture resistant soles. A few of the styles they didn’t have in my size because they’ve been busy as we get closer to summer. I found a boot that fit all my criteria and I bought it. Yesterday, I went in to try to return them because my feet were really uncomfortable while I was working, specifically on my heel. Unfortunately, they can’t accept returns or exchanges right now because of COVID. However, she recommended that I stand on there foot map thing to see where my weight is distributed. As it turns out, I have high arches and the boot wasn’t supporting them so all my weight was on my heel and the very front of my foot. I got the inserts the machine recommended and the fit is miles better. No more aching feet at the end of the day. Some other reviews have mentioned the ladies being rude but when I bought my boots there were three different ladies and all of them were super nice. Highly recommend, extremely helpful

I didn't buy anything from here but I did go with a friend who had purchased 2 pairs of work boots from here recently. Both pairs were bothering him tremendously so he thought he would try bringing both pairs back again for a resolution dealing with the same sales woman. This time around he had success. They were both frusrated in the beginning but by the time we walked out of there he had a new pair of boots and they were both smiling. Thankyou to our wonderful sales woman for her patience and humor....60 can be fun!!

As always as a tradesman I need a great pair of boots. My Redwings are worth every penny. The boots make a big difference in how your feet and back feel at the end of the day. This location always has great service for sales or any repairs on your boots. One thing I did learn is that Redwing is not making all their boots in America anymore. the white label inside the tongue are the boots made in America the Black label is from overseas. Please consider buying the white label because it's an investment in ourselves.

I stopped in after work with a 200 dollar gift card from my work. The gentlemen was leaving for the night, he had his coat on headed out the door. He did stop and talked to me about the boots, the older lady was there and she took over. I asked a couple of question trying to figure out the best boot to meet my needs. She was not helping at all and seemed like i was a bother to her. She did not explain the boots and the differences between the boots. she was behind the desk and i had to walk to her to ask the question. So i took a guess, asked for the best boot they had. She brought out the 320. pair of boots and handed them to me. I tried on the boot and it was like standing on a brick. She said i can take a booklet home with me and look through it . I gave her the boot back as she was putting it away she had the insole in the box. So the insole was not installed in the boot. I grabbed my gift card, drove to the aurora store and walked out with a pair of boots. THE LADY NEEDS TO GO.

This location had great customer service! After calling and visiting several other locations I finally found one that could help me. They were able to exchange a product that was ordered online. They also helped size my boyfriend accurately. This will definitely be the location I return to.

I only buy Red Wings when it comes to work boots. In my opinion they are some of the best boots you can buy, and this store does a great job at selling them!

Redwing work boots are the best.Im on concrete all day at work and these are the only boots that keep me comfortable.They might cost more than boots from the big box stores but I get 2 to 3 years out of a pair of boots and I wear them from the time I get up in the morning till the time I go to sleep at night.The owner of the store is a super nice person and great to do business with.
