The UPS Store

I went in for some Amazon returns and this Amazon return specifically required special steps that I wasn't familiar with. But thankfully Dominic was SO kind to walk me through how to print out label and really went above and beyond! He was also so nice and had a great attitude to all customers while I was there, so refreshing to see! DOMINIC IS THE REAL MVP AT UPS!!!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE, he's really doing the most and it shows!

Second time in the past week I’ve been there and Dominic is amazing. Had issues with the computer as I was using there to print an label and he came over and helped me. And he is always extremely patient with me when doing all my Amazon returns and figuring out which codes are for what and is always just a pleasant and happy person. I will always go to this UPS as it’s always great service.

Dominick went above and beyond for stellar service today. He did not have access to the prints I had ordered the day before but used his personal
account to ensure I got my print job for Valentine’s Day. Absolutely incredible human being!

I went there to return a Christmas gift that I got from Amazon. The place was very clean. They had the markers on the floor for social distancing. All of the employees had masks on. The had hand sanitizer stations set up. The return was super easy. I told the clerk what I wanted to do. He took my box and scanned the QR code on my phone. He gave me my my copy of the transaction and I was on my way. The employees were very friendly.

Dominick was very kind and provided wonderful customer service to my husband and I. He handled our returns with ease although they were pretty extensive. We really appreciated his patience with us and not giving us any kind of attitude like you would find in many other establishments within the service industry. Thank you very much, Dominick!

Had a lovely experience! I needed to have a quick copy of some documents that I needed and made a quick call to confirm before stopping by. Store Associate was able to help out and the quality of my prints came out very nice! I appreciated the service!

I was overwhelmed with a planning and zoning project for my business and I wasn't entirely sure I could get these pictures from my phone printed out. Dominic didn't even hesitate he was all over it. Within 5 minutes I had beautiful pictures to present to planning and zoning. We at Lily Bug Acres appreciate the UPS store and obviously Dominic.
