Everyone in the Store was amazing! I came in with my family and we were all treated with respect. The Tmobile crew was very knowledgeable and very upfront and honest when it came down to talking about price and promos. I want to thank the Manager Romeo Reyes for being an awesome leader! As well as Andy! He helped me out and was also very handsome.

Jorge was soooo helpful on my last visit.. solved my virius problem right away.

Jose was beyond amazing and super patient. He was upfront and honest with the price and really took the time to help me download apps. He truly went above and beyond with customer service. I came in on a Saturday and made sure to only go back on the next day he worked because I didn't want to deal with anyone else. I haven't always had the best service, but this location does a great job! If you need help ask for Jose. He should be a manager or get. Raise for his patience. Thanks!

I had a seamlessly smooth experience at this location. Romeo (store manager) got everything started for me before I arrived and Alex took over once I got there. The experience was great, they were very honest and super patient. Makes the customer feel at ease. Everything was well explained and were upfront about all the current offers and deals that they had going on. They saved me about 50% of what I was paying monthly from my previous provider. Romeo even came in on his day off to make sure things were going smooth. I can see why he’s such a stud and all the ladies flock to him. They have a first class team over there and I can see why they’re the #1 store in the district!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go-to store for the past several years. They never try to upsell you anything more than what you need. Infact they even offer savings tips if something is cheaper (like directing to neaby Costco T-mobile center if something is cheaper there)

Switched Recently from Xfinity. The person who helped me was Jose and he was very informative and professional during the whole switch. Will definitely be working with him from now on. Anyone looking to switch over to T-mobile should only ask for him because he is the best! Thank you Jose!

They successfully helped me transfer all my information information before my previous phone died. No important information was lost. Spent good quality time to get it right. It took alot of anxiety away from the whole experience

Aisha an employee at this store did a very great job putting on my screen protector and was very friendly.

Opened a new line with Jose he was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable switching over. He never pressured me into buying which most sales people do. He was great would highly recommend going to him.

Allison L from T- Mobil on Rt 83 in Round Lake Beach is the best!!! She took her time to help me with an issue. She is very patient, courteous and mostly a wiz at how to handle a complicated issue. Thank You Allison L I hope your team appreciates you because I certainly do.

Came into the store to get a SIM card since I lost my phone, Cesar helped out over the phone and in store, he listened to what I had going on and he was able to get me up and running by the time I got out of the store with no issues. He wasn’t obnoxiously pushy about trying to get a sale, he used his communication skills and listening skills to make sure I left happy, was back in service. Thank you for the great experience I will tell my friends and family about this location and I will definitely keep bringing my business to T-Mobile.

EDIT: upgraded/updated review. Visited store today... before the door even closed behind me, someone yelled "Welcome, sir! We'll be right with you!

Just left after standing in the store for over 10 minutes without someone even acknowledging me.

There were two people that were already waiting when I arrived, and they also mentioned no one had even looked at them. After learning this, I decided to leave.

I get that the location is busy... But you should never let potential customers wait around without at least being acknowledged.

Going to try again in the next day or so.

Cesar was really helpful and fast, didn’t try to force me to buy anything instead he was client focused and was listening to all my issues I had going on with my phone, was patient to solve the issue. He made me feel welcome and like my needs mattered. Cupid to T-Mobile for their exceptional customer service.

Have been coming to this store for a while now and the only person I ever trust and go to with any questions or help is Jose. I’m typically an indecisive shopper but he always has so much patience and actually takes the time to explain things in detail. Wouldn’t go with anybody else !

Great customer service👍 A staff ackowledged me as I was sitting down and put my name on their waiting list in order of when I arrived. I was glad that Jonathan was able to help me trade in my old phone for a new one and did not waste time waiting for nothing like the other Tmobile location.

Prior Service Military came in to adjust somethings with my plan. The gentleman who contacted me about promotions for my phone plan was extremely helpful. Found out while making small talk he was prior service as well. He was knowledgeable and able to fix some discrepancies with my plan making it work better for me and was able to answer all my questions. Would 100% recommend others to Tmobile and this particular store again. Thanks

Staff James was professional and very knowledgeable about plans phones. Stayed with me and my wife the entire time and made it painless to get a our old phone number switched from our previous carrier to a new phone and great plan.

Came in looking for a new phone. Andy and his manager Jacob were awesome. Jacob was so friendly, and I really appreciated that he gave us space to check things out on our own. He checked back with us to answer questions and really gave us honest answers. We were well taken care of here and left happy with a new galaxy s10

Went here to purchase a new phone, the gentlemen that helped was very helpful and the Manager went out of her way to to pick up a watch at another store because they did not have in stock. Awesome customer service.

Lawrence was amazing ! I went in having a bad day because I broke my phone and he made it all better ! He was knowledgeable on the differences between the phones and gave me all my options , he didn't come off as trying to sell me anything! I ended up leaving with the phone I wanted , the best case , and even an additional Apple Watch. T Mobile hires nothing but the best employees
