Amazing customer service, Jeff and his team are all great. It’s not only the great prices they have that make me go and purchase at Nielsen, but the experience is what’s key. Purchased brand new rxt x 300 in 2019 along with a 2004 supercharged gtx and both have been running reliably strong, never no issues and have been taken care of here and there by Nelson's when it came down to little fender benders All-State insurance promptly cooperated with fast turnarounds and I was back in the water in no time. Stored them and winterized with Neilsons every year and never disappointed. Today I took the time to write a review as they were kind and generous enough to wait for me pulling them out of storage on a Saturday where everyone looked tired wanting to go home but the boss made sure I was good double checking safety measures prior to leaving. Running late dealing with my 7 year old on a sugar high stalling me a handful of times prior to my appearance last minute as I lost my truck key Thursday night and had to wait until the afternoon today for a copy last minute not wanting to miss the 90 degree weather Monday. Talk about drama lol! Thank you for helping me disassemble and load my dirt bike/hitch back in the trunk alternating with the jetskis. Much love from Lazar/Vale and will be seeing you sooner than later for another new ski!

The guys in parts are the best. They treat me with respect knowing I do my own maintenance on my machines. Another local kawasaki dealer just wants to talk down to you for using the wrong terminology, these guys politely correct you then help you find what you need. Jeff and all of his employees were unbelievable. Friendly, knowledgeable and spot on with each and everyone of my questions. There place is beautiful, neat, orderly and spotless. You are treated with a great deal of respect. MY wife and I live 1 1/2 hours away but we have decided we will make the trip for all of our parts and maintance needs. I was looking for a jet ski and wanted it right away. Gave this dealership a call and I was connected to the best sales lady I’ve ever come across - you Mackenzie O’Neal. I was sold on the jet ski within a phone call. Sent the wire and she was extremely helpful and responded promptly and completed the sale. Also during pick up she was quite detailed and hands on, even helped me hitch the trailer.

We bought 2 waverunners and a trailer and couldn’t be happier. Jeff N was awesome to work with. He was very helpful and candid (describing pros and cons) when describing the various WRs, no pressure negotiation, and he spent plenty of time going over them in detail - even pointing out blemishes on used WRs. He spent even more time when we picked them up, ensuring we’d be comfortable once we left the lot. Lastly the lady(ies)( Ashley) in the office that handled the paperwork was very professional and pleasant as well.

I had just launched my boat and was having electronic key issues not allowing it to start. Googled a nearby SeaDoo dealer and found Nielsen Enterprises. I stopped in the service department (cleanest shop I've ever seen) without an appointment hoping for assistance. My boat is older but without hesitation, Jeff grabbed the programmer and scanned my boat. The scanner was unable to communicate through the key post so he sent me inside to speak with parts. The parts department was very helpful and actually had a replacement post in stock. I was able to repair my boat on site without any issue. The shop was genuinely excited that everything worked out for me. I asked how much the key scan would cost me (I had cash ready to pay as they saved my day in the sun) which they declined. I have never been to this shop/dealership in the past, but they acted like I was their best customer. This type of old school shop behavior is nowhere to be found these days. From now on, all service, parts, and new vehicles will be from Nielsen Enterprises. They gained a new customer and I will recommend them to everyone I know until I'm blue in the face.

I had a wonderful experience working with George and the rest of the staff throughout the sales process. Before choosing to work with Nielsen's, I certainly did my research and called many other dealers. I ultimately chose to work with Nielsen's because of their genuine attitude and excellent approach. Honesty, Prompt Response, Exceeding Expectations and Friendliness are just some of the words that describes my experience working with Nielsen's.

For a first timer purchasing a PWC I had an overall very good experience. Jeff was a great guy to deal with starting with helping me get the best Jet Ski for my needs and very thorough explaining the operation when I picked it up. Ashley was also great help with all the paperwork necessary .
I strongly recommend Nielson Enterprises for marine products and I'm sure the other area would be the same for cycles and ATV s .
Can't wait till the season begins so I can drop it in the lake and give it a run. Thanks to the entire staff and the friendly Pooch!
