I have lived here for 24 years, and the post office has always been helpful and friendly, without any exceptions. If they are super busy during the holiday season, they are still friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to have an issue that could not be resolved.

thank you usps!! scott was incredibly kind and helpful in obtaining my new passport. the experience was quick and easy, including taking pictures and photocopying my documents. our incredible postal service is easy to take for granted, but im very thankful for usps!!

I have visited this and the Grayslake post offices frequently and they have both improved greatly! Friendly, helpful and efficient. In the past week, both have apologized for the wait,(which was not extraordinary) and thanked me for my business!

My wife and I needed our Passports for a trip we were planning. The Postal worker walked us through the process. Patiently explaining the forms, taking out pictures and processing our payments. A couple of weeks later we receive our new passports. No hassles. No return for more info, just done correctly the first time. Thank you to the lovely woman who was so patient and helpful! Two weeks later, we received our documentation back from the State Department. It was painless and trouble free. I recommended this Post Office to my kids to get their Passports.

Always great people and easy service. The RLB USPS always gets my shipments! And the self serve is 24 hours for those random times you need to ship stuff at 2am.

I'm a big fan of the Round Lake Area Post Office. They've always been amazing to work with. I sell on-line so ship hundreds of packages a year. I actually drive out of my community to go to Round Lake, as I had so many problems with my local post office. I can always count on them to scan packages promptly and be courteous, friendly and helpful.

Great Post Office! Staff helps out when they can! They go above other offices locally.

Seeing the bad reviews below 1. People need to realize that there is no mail time delivery. Carriers don’t even get out to start delivery until 10am. District is making them start later and later in the morning. 2. The Post office can not track individual letters. Items need a tracking number. Normal mail doesn’t provide that.

I recently went to RLB post office as a desperate last attempt to figure out how to redirect a package (in Seattle) from Kohl's since they would not cancel or redirect the order the same day I placed the order with the wrong address.

I wish I knew the name of the man I talked to - I just know he was a supervisor. He was absolutely fantastic - he tried everything he could to find out where my package was and how he could help me get it directed to the correct address. Unfortunately, it looks like the package had been handed off between services and it didn't come up in the system. He even went so far as to call the local post office out in Seattle for me.

This was all at the end of the day when they were just about to close. I was so impressed with his patience and desire to help - I was extremely impressed and very thankful.

This post office is my favorite! Every time I come here I feel like I go back in time where the postman knew you and your family by name. When my kids aren’t with they always ask how they’re doing. I’ve seen some of them most unnecessarily rude people come in and treat the staff like they’re just lowly servants and the employees still are patient and don’t complain to the next customer in line. Love coming here for my shipping!

I drop off my LuLaRoe packages to be sent out to my customers here throughout the week each week! The people who work here are amazing!! They know me now so it makes my process quick! Love this post office! Won’t use another unless I need to move! Thank you for being so outstanding and caring!

i can always count on this post office! always deliver my packages rather quickly and are always nice to me. i do recommend leaving your packages at the front side desk if you want a faster scan tho

As a person who has to go a post office everyday this is by far the best one I have ever been to. Going to any other post office is a drag. This is the one good thing about this town. Friendly employees, everyone’s knows what they’re doing there too.

They seem to have restaffed this location in the last year and it has made an incredible difference! They know what they're doing and they are very helpful and informative. This is a very welcome change from the abysmal service they used to have. I've had nothing but good interactions with them recently.

Service was perfect, Scott was very friendly, not just with me but with other customers that were there too. I had no issues and I was able to get in and out fast.

All of the postal workers are friendly and patient. Facility is very clean and orderly.

Nothing to complain about. It's post office, they doing good job delivering the mail and if you need a service in the office

They may have a serious face but when you ask them something they always help you out beautifully!
