These guys are fantastic! My map came in the promised window and they provided consistent updates on delivery status. Most importantly though, the map itself is beautiful! I got the World Classic Wall Map and it is even better than I hoped it would be! It has really rounded out the décor in my office. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently relocated to Hampstead, NC, part of the area known as The Graveyard of the Atlantic because of the large number of shipwrecks offshore. I was overjoyed to find a gorgeous colored map of the area on Map Shop’s website. It shows the location and type of sunken ships, several facts about the area and a description of 30 of the wrecks along the sides of the map. It’s so beautiful that I took advantage of the framing option they offer and it’s absolutely gorgeous. They did a fantastic job with the framing, it shipped quickly and I got updates emailed to me along the way. I can’t say enough about the quality of the map and the customer service Map Shop provided. I have the map proudly hanging in our entry foyer and it’s such a great conversation piece. I ordered a map from here that is absolutely beautiful but had a defect. After I reached out about how to fix it, Ethan quickly responded and fixed the issue in the best way immediately. I received my Indiana map yesterday. It was even larger than I pictured and I couldn't wait to get it on the wall. This will be an excellent tool to help with work planning. The bad part, I guess this is on me as I did not read the details well enough, but the map is from 2003. In Indiana this means that this map is from before Interstate 69. This is a very important feature and I would have bought a different map if I would have realized how out of date it was. It is going to pain me to have to draw I-69 on my brand new $169 map with a sharpie. I will say I am surprised they would sell a map this out of date on their website. 20 years old is way too old to be selling. Buyer beware. Read all details closely.

Although small, this business's niche reaches a global scale, and it is consequently easy to get lost in thought while perusing their large selection of maps. The worldly nature of mankind always leaves them seeking material objects, so patrons could be seen wandering aimlessly despite the overabundance of cardinal direction. I even noted an unexplainable, gravitational force upon myself as I circled the store in the same fashion of the mythical, heliocentric model. I then left the business knowing exactly what direction I needed to travel for my destination...because of my vehicle's GPS.

I love my map from Map Shop! It is beautiful and perfect for my classroom. I tried to find a map I needed on Amazon but they didn't have any that fit my needs, plus, some of the city names on the map were misspelled. But, my Map Shop map is actually in German, so everything is accurate. The customer service was so friendly. The shipping was very fast and reliable. I will definitely use them for all of my map needs.

This was my first order with Map Shop. I am impressed. Great packaging, fast shipping and very reasonable prices. I am getting back into Ham Radio and will be needing wall maps. This is where I will get them. You can't beat a family owned business for caring about how they operate. "I'll Be Back"...

I ordered “The World Classic Edition” map from the Map Shop and it is great!! Customer service was very communicative about the status of my order and it arrived quickly! The map arrived nicely packaged and protected to avoid shipping damage. I absolutely love the colors of the map. I ordered the paper version and then took it to Michael’s to get it custom framed. In hindsight, it may have been a bit cheaper to order the walnut frame through the map shop instead. But I love the thinner, streamlined bronze frame that I got from Michael’s. I’ve hung it in my office and can’t wait to see and explore every day! I’ve already discovered countries I had no idea existed! Thank you Map Shop!

I received a map for fathers day that I didn't think anyone would have. It was packaged great when I got it, and the map looks fantastic! I really like the foam board they put it on. Looking at their website they seem to have a huge selection of hard to find or different maps I have never seen. If you are looking for anything I would check here. What I really like is on all of their items you can buy anything from a paper map, to it fully being laminated or boarded and framed. When I had questions via email, they responded right away. We are already looking at some world maps to purchase as well.

I just bought this laminated map for our home. I bought it as a decorative an educational piece. The shipping was extremely quick. When it arrived we were all excited to spend time looking at all the detail on it. My kids and their friends have spent hours playing school and teaching each other about the countries on the map. It’s a beautiful map and I highly recommend this company. Thank you for excellent product and service.

I was very impressed at the level of service from this company. They always replied promptly and provided all the information I required for a custom order. They also had no problem shipping internationally. I ordered a wonderful custom world map on cavas with a spring roller. I've been ordering maps online for years from many companies and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for maps.

Some of their products are a bit pricy but for the most part totally worth it! Their selection of maps is tremendous, ranging from cities to US states, regions of the world and full on world maps, all in various forms and styles! They also have a great assortment of products like decor and books about geography too. I bought a European map that I had laminated and fitted onto a foam core at the map store and it turned out beautifully. A great map to use to track where I’ve been and pin places I’ve visited throughout the continent. A really cool store, and great service provided by the staff there!

When Covid 19 happened, I bought a map for my niece. She is sixteen and has six types of seizures, and had just been through surgery. Her voice is scratchy and sore all the time. She can't even get out to see her friends. The Map Shop got right on the order and sent it out. The USPS had lost my order. As I began to wonder what happened to the package since I live in Idaho and wasn't seeing my order move, I called and talked to Tony. Tony was super friendly and said it looks like your package is lost in the mail; We'll send another one out! When I told him how grateful I was because it was for my niece he upgraded my order to priority shipping for free just to be certain I would get my order. My niece quickly received her map and the timing was perfect. The Map Shop payed for the USPS mistake. I called and asked the USPS "Where was my package?. " They told me we don't have the package they must not have sent it! Three days later I received a text from the USPS, Your package has arrived in Denver, and is on its way to be delivered. Thank you so very very much for being so awesome!! I can't wait to have the new shop open. I wish you will do well in the future and hope you have a chance to inspire many new generations.

The Map Shop is definitely the place for anyone who is traveling inside or out of the country. They have great deals at great prices. The people there are amazing and work great with customers. They are determined to help you out with your needs and on your budget. I've had a great experience there and definitely suggest anyone to this shop. They are most definitely great people that I've some across.

Awesome!!! I ordered a raised relief map of Oregon, framed. They did a great job with the framing, they packed it for shipping very carefully, and my map is beautiful. 10/10 Will definitely use these guys again!

Exceptional customer service and very quick to produce custom charts. I ordered a NOAA laminated chart - and Andy was really helpful and was able to scale the map to my exact specifications (used for decoration and not navigation). GREAT experience, great time to produce, and a great price!

I cannot say enough about The Map Shop. I have been searching for a map of Chicago with the neighborhood names overlaid on it and I had no luck finding what I was looking for. On a whim, I Googled "cartographer" and found The Map Shop. Thank goodness I did! What a cool company! I worked with Matt who created exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me via email to make sure that he was doing exactly what I wanted and getting exactly what I wanted on the map. He worked quickly and was so pleasant to work with that I'm a little sad this experience with The Map Shop is over. Pricing is fair, at least it was for my project, and I have enjoyed the process. Matt listened to what I wanted and worked to create something that I never thought I would be able to find! Thank you so much!

Extremely impressed with the service I received yesterday! I called and spoke with Andy. I am working on wood working project and am using a map as the background. I emailed Andy my template and he helped me pick out a map for this project. Half a day latter I relieved emails acknowledging the order, and a tracking number followed as well.
