Patient, patient and polite staff. The lady called back when asked, had a sense of humor and we climbed through insurance changes and billing errors like we were mowing down an overgrown lawn. What a relief!

My visit to the South Portland office on 7/16/21 was a pleasure. There are two actual human beings working there (Chuck & Chris) who were very knowledgeable. competent and friendly.
This is in stark contrast to my former CPAP equipment provider where it was impossible to deal with a local person and virtually impossible to speak with a rep from this hemisphere.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment.

Some people that I have worked with are great (at the south portland location), but many others (that help with resupply) are not, and the organization as a whole provides terrible service in terms of re-orders. I just decided to stop working with them after being told by their team member that their time was more valuable than mine, which was the final straw in an ineffective attempt to get some of my supplies replaced.

The So. Portland office seems to operate well. The pharmacy supply for CPAP components is a joke. Left 5 messages to be called back and finally held for a long time to talk to someone. After many more days of not receiving merchandise I called again. This time they said they would not ship until it was paid for. Gave cc# to them and received a packages a few days later. It was not what I ordered. Tried calling and finally just gave up. Then I received an invoice for the material. The description of what was ordered was actually correct. They shipped the wrong materials. Then noticed that the changed my CC more that the invoice. Once again I called. Had little trouble getting through this time but they were unable to help and promised to have someone call me back. I actually laughed and said that would be great. Do I have to say, I never received a call. Then today I get another bill with a credit on it showing that I did not owe them anything. Funny when you pay more than you are billed they keep the difference. I change suppliers and have superb service. I would not recommend these folks if you have a choice

Horrible they have no clues what's going on . One hand doesn't know what the other is doing .
