I love shopping Staples for all my home office needs. They offer a variety of products and services at relatively good prices and now have an Easy Rewards programs that helps one save even more! more

Am trying to get my sewing groove going and needed a desk that I can sew and cut my materials on, so I went to staples a friendly sales rep name Dylan and assisted me as I could not make up my mind going back and forth for about 20 minutes after speaking to him I figured what I wanted he helped get the heavy box on the trolley rang it up and even helped with the loading into the truck which me and my husband was incredibly grateful. Huge huge shoutout to Yim, who was incredibly helpful when the viewport on the website wasn't showing a printing error that was showing up in the sample sheet and reached out to let me know. Would recommend this location and Yim needs a raise!

I was in New York for a bit and went to this Staples for a couple of things, the girl with blue hair was sooooo helpful and amazing, super cute makeup and everything too! She was so sweet to me and helped me with everything! Would definitely come back to this Staples if I’m in New York again JUST for her <3333

I had 4 books printed and bound at another Staples location in the morning only to find out I had made a printing mistake on page 2!!!
So, printed a new page 2 and headed to the nearest Staples, which happened to be this one in Brooklyn. I asked the staff at the printing center to unbind 4 books (spiral bound), switch out the page and rebind them. Obviously was ready to be charged for this extra work.
Not only was your entire team helpful and friendly. They got on it right away and did it for no extra charge to boot!!!
Should also mention that I was not the only customer at the time, but this team helped everyone with smooth efficiency.
I didn't get any names unfortunately, but kudos to the great team work at the printing center!

Best place to print! I was printing out a comic and had soo many issues with formatting the file. Anthony was absolutely incredible, patient, and experienced and helped me for over an hour to make sure we figured it out and everything came out perfectly!

The store is clean, the staff went out of their way to assist me in locating an item for my dad, the stock person checked in the back storage to see if there were any more, the manager checked the computer to see what other store had the item in stock and each store member was polite, helpful and wore a smile that made me feel as if I owned the store.

Each member deserves a raise and praise of gratitude for exceptional and excellent customer service skills!

I’ve been putting off signing up for TSA precheck for so long and I regretted that when I saw the long waitlist for most locations in Brooklyn in Manhattan but this location just opened (I think this week?) and I had such a great experience. I expected this to take awhile but I am pleasantly surprised. There was no wait time and thanks to Wayne and his courteous and effective service, I was able to be in and out in under 10 min. Much appreciated!

I came here for TSA pre-check enrollment and it could not have been easier (pleasantly surprised to find something TSA/airport related could be painless!) I walked in without an appointment and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, despite there being a couple of people in front of me. Great service.

Had to print an odd-sized poster quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to give me a quote for the print and get everything done within 10 minutes. When the first print came out with a wrinkle, they printed another one without any questions or costs. Great service and great quality printing!! Would definitely come back for any future printing needs.

Well-staffed, you can get a lot done here, like printing from Canva, dropping off papers to be shredded, buying items from special paper to trash bags to computer equipment. Good one stop shop for school and more. The people at the Copy Center are always helpful and patient, and managers have also helped with specific issues with precision and courtesy. Great experiences at this Staples!

I came in this morning with a jpeg on a USB stick, to print an 11x14 replica of a poster I had as a young man. Ashley, the manager, was behind the Print counter and was a complete professional! She made sure the image was sized correctly, offered me the option of glossy paper, and even cut the paper to the right size. AND the poster looks great!
As retail locations struggle during this pandemic with "social distancing guidelines" and patience running low all around, Ashely's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was refreshing and inspiring. Nobody was kept waiting too long, and she was able to focus on me without ignoring anyone behind me ("I'll be right with you in a moment, sir," etc).
I shop at this location all the time and the staff here is consistently reliable, helpful and knowledgeable, but I want to give extra kudos to Ashley for her outstanding service this morning; she really did make my day!

Had to make an quick purchase for supplies and was very impressed by the level of attentiveness and helpfulness at this location. The employees that were on the floor answered my questions and even took the time to walk me over to the aisle I needed. I was asked twice in the short time I was there if I needed help and everyone was friendly. I would definitely shop here again.

I'm writing a review of this store because while I see many negative reviews, I've been coming to it for many years and have had almost universally excellent service. They have done several print jobs for me and were always polite, professional, helpful, and timely. If there's something advertised that they don't have, they order it and it let you know when it comes, and I've never had to wait too long. Sometimes when it's busy, service can be a bit slow but that's because, well, it's busy. Just like any other store. The personnel are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'm sure there can be the occasional rude employee, but personally I've never encountered one here. Quite the opposite.

Initially hesitate about placing an order at this center after reading all the nightmare reviews, I must say I had the most amazing experience with Ms. Stephanie, one of staff at the Print & Marketing Center. Anxious about printing a 36x44" poster the day before a medical conference (which apparently is nearly impossible to print without outsourcing to a third-party within a 24-hr range), Ms. Stephanie was extremely patient, professional, understanding, and supportive. Not only was I able to print my poster in time, but also it looked fantastic! One month after attending the conference in late April, I'm back just to leave a fair and honest review. I can not give a more laudatory review to express my gratitude.
