This is my local Walgreens. I am in and out of here for a variety of things. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I never walk in without being greeted. I even buy my greeting cards there because it is just too easy to park, run in and pick one up. Convince is everything.

Really great staff; the pharmacy dept. is outstanding! Products always seem to be organized and shelves are well-stocked.

This is a great Walgreens! It's small and well lit. The staff are welcoming, especially those in the photo center. Love coming here.

Typically I get five star service at this Walgreens and love the staff !!! Tried calling twice for the pharmacy was on hold 38 minutes for the first time in 24 minutes the second time same message one Colorado me but no one ever answered not sure if you have a phone problem or it’s off the hook or what’s going on but you might want to check that out.

This used to be our primary pharmacy. We moved and changed to a different Walgreens and another brand. This one always seemed busy with not enough staff.

I go in there a lot to get milk and the cashier Billie called manager to make a big deal about being on the register in front of customers, she was rude

The unprofessional, rude, and condescending attitude from the employees at this location is astounding. Closing during business hours with no warning, not correctly counting meds, not filling prescriptions in a timely manner, not answering the phone, hanging up when they do answer the phone, and general incompetence in running a business is even more shocking. I would not be surprised if someone ends up ill or dead due to these fools. A complaint has been filed with the board of pharmacy.

I was picking up my girlfriend's Rx yesterday and I thought it was strange when I was being charged nearly $50 for a medication that is usually free. That prompted me to ask if this was a 3-month supply to which the pharmacist told me "yes, it is". I paid for it because I'm not familiar with my girlfriend's insurance. As it turns out, the pharmacy staff gave me a medication my girlfriend had previously returned and told the staff she didn't want filled. Here I am the next day being told they will not refund me for the pharmacy's mistake nor will they accept the unopened, unused, and still sealed bagged medication. I can understand not accepting the medication back but they should still refund me for their mistake. I switched from Kroger's pharmacy to Walgreen's because they were sooo bad but Walgreens is just more of the same mediocrity. Looking for yet another pharmacy hopefully with integrity and competence. Wish me luck.

The Pharmacy at the Prospect location is horrible. They are no longer open on weekends which makes very long lines during the week. One of the girls behind the counter was eating food while talking with customers, who does that?? They really should close until they can get it together.
