Best Buy

Very helpful. I have been with another cell phone company for 7 years with 6 lines and due to the terrible customer service I've received at multiple locations of theirs I just threw in the towel and decided to switch companies. The woman who helped me switch and get new phones was so wonderful. The customer service at Best buy was amazing. I'm very grateful they were there to help me switch over all my lines to a different company.

5 Stars for John. My husband and I needed new laptops and we had the best experience with John. He helped us to understand the different aspects of storage space between products and so on. I appreciate how genuine he was in wanting to help us and answer our novice questions to make an educated purchase. I can’t tell you the last time someone’s positive attitude and willingness to help made such an impact. Which is why I’m writing this review. He deserves all of the accolades. Thank you again, John!!

I'm not a huge fan of bug box stores, but I have had a long positive relationship with Best Buy. I've purchased computers, loads of appliances and fun stuff for the kids. Great rewards program.

Today we had an issue with a damaged appliance and they took care of it immediately with a generous credit.

OK, so I know what you're thinking. How does a Best Buy store get 5 stars. I've been to a lot of these stores and have not been impressed. This one was either having a great day or they just have a great team. They had a greater at the door that was more than window dressing. I was picking up a TV for my mother and she had muffed the online order. Two people stepped right up to help get it straightened out. After that two people made sure that I got the TV safely stowed in my truck. At the end, they told me they appreciated my business and to let them know if I had any trouble in the install. So, maybe this was an outlier experience, but I'll take this any time.

Went in for one thing and came out with so much more. I didn't realize the options and variety that Best Buy offered. I was pleasantly surprised!

Like every Best Buy, it's disinfectingly clean, The employees are helpful and always reminds you they're not helping you based on a commission, and of course there's always an exit door that is beeping. If I had to be honest, the beeping exit door is probably my favorite feature that I found in every single Best Buy I've ever been in. I kind of want other businesses to follow suit. Like how much better would a movie theater be if the exit door had a beeping. I would say much better.

The employees are great managers are knowledgeable and helpful. I always get what I need when I go to the store. Thank you Roseville Best Buy.

A great best buy near Roseville! Have a great selection for discounted Nintendo games(won't find a discount especially in a GameStop). Also a great experience at the geeksquas team here. Also has a decent section for action figures.

Amazing customer service at the Roseville, MN Best Buy! I went to buy a new laptop as mine had crashed, and the staff was so knowledgeable about all of the different products and processors. It made purchasing a new laptop that can sometimes be overwhelming, a very easy task. Thank you!!

Every time I go, they're helpful right out of the gate, and if I buy something and don't like it or it doesn't work for me, I can always bring it back. Best Buy slaps hard.

I did a curb side pick up. I waited 20 minutes, and just as I was about to get out of my car to go inside, they came out with my product. They were really nice, said they were sorry for the wait and gave me a $10 Best Buy card for waiting.

I don't know nothing about computers when I walked into Best buy. The cell person offered me to look at a Chromebook plus he was very very helpful which I did purchase the Chromebook

I love this place! I've got a credit card with them as well, so it's fun when I buy something to get that additional discount when I cash in my points. Just got a great deal on a TV.

At Right place, At Right time! My refrigerator died right when an amazing presidents sale on appliances started. I saved time by filtering online for French bottom refrigerator I wanted at a great price. The sales person was very helpful with this purchase. She was able to answer my questions, and show my wife other refrigerators available. We purchased the refrigerator at a great price and are excited for the installation next week.

A person greeted us at the door and answered our question. Then our customer service guy, James, was so knowledgeable and personable. We made a hearty purchase and do far he was right on!
