He took his time and thoroughly explained the rate plans and the device options. If you need a good experience and someone with great product knowledge, I recommend Sam! Friendly and helpful. Allen was able to handle carrier switch quickly and accurately and was also able to locate the phone color I wanted. Wonderful experience, the manager Sam was very helpful and kind and was able to answer and take care of my concerns with switching to Cricket I will never switch my carrier with the amazing price I got and the amazing experience.

What a wonderful place to go!!! The service was fantastic!! I've been having so many issues with my phone recently amd I drove 45 minutes to get to this store and Sam had helped me with all the issues I was having!!
