Patel Brothers is a to go for all the Indian cuisine lovers out there. Name it and you have everything that you would purchase with your eyes closed if you were in India.

Small note: Like in any retail store, check for expiry dates.

The prices are reasonable and generally buy in bulk if you stay in Boston because they're more prevalent in towns outside where many Indian families reside.

The produce here is usually fresh and good quality. The prices of veggies and fruit are also very affordable. I do appreciate fresh, cheap produce at a local grocery store walking distance away from me!

There's (was?) a restaurant underneath that is fantastic, also the spices and produce here are amazing! Highly recommended, the staff is also very nice.

Pros: I like the cheap prices, and you can get almost all Indian groceries here.
Quality is good.
I also got an Indian broom from here.
Ask the cashier for Pani puri, they keep it out of reach of customers to prevent it from getting damaged.
Cons:
Just be careful in the frozen section, and check the expiration date.
Free parking is a bit tight, the free lot is not easy to park in.

Indian grocery store chain that brings home closer to every Indian. This store in Moody Street is one of the smaller ones. This one doesn't have the kitchen with fresh meals but it has everything else. The associates in the store are super nice and helpful. Gets busy on weekend evenings.
