I can not begin to express my extreme gratitude for the team at the Hillside CVS pharmacy. I lost my wallet billfold which contained my driver’s license and credit cards while shopping in the store. I didn’t notice it until the next day. I went back to the store to trace my steps and no luck. I then asked the gentleman at the front checkout counter and he was holding it for me! I am forever grateful to him and all the employees who helped me. It restored my hope in humanity. There are still decent people in this world! Thank you again CVS employees!

The nicest young person helped me with my passport photo. Very patient and supportive, and I really appreciated her help! Great service overall!

Excellent customer service by Operations Manager Jabriel. He was attentive to young and old, and thorough, but efficient with his interactions. He went above and beyond to help me find my products at the best possible price.

I got the new omicron vaccine. Pharmacist was great: efficient, painless, knew what he was doing. Both people I spoke with were pleasant and helpful.

Went to take my 8 month old daughter for passport pictures and the manager Rasheed W. was very professional, showed much patience, and very nice. He made an effort assuring the picture met passport regulations for infants no matter how many attempts. I will recommend this CVS to anyone.

I come to this CVS often. I dont understand the comments as I'm always treated well there. On more than one occasion, Kristen from the pharmacy has been extremely hands on and helpful.

If theres any issue here...CVS corporate should hire more pharmacy techs as it is a very high volume pharmacy.

CVS needs to hire more workers. Perhaps some retired seniors who are able to work.

The only CVS that had my prescription in the area. They filled it in a timely manner and helped assist me with an issue with my insurance, and helped me lower the cost of my Rx. Great customer service ! Thank you guys.

Great customer service and were very quick with my prescription the pharmacy staff was very professional and patient dispite me being aggravated impatient and kind of rude to them one of your employees even went out of her way to tell a joke to make me laugh a bit kristina i think her name was but definitely will be returning and will making this my primary store
