Target

This is a very clean and well organized department store. The displays are engaging and above average as compared to other types of stores.

One of the things that I like most about Target is being able to order online with their app and then do a pickup that is contact free in the parking lot. There are dedicated parking spaces just for online order pickups.

The store has ample parking, handicap accessible, automated doors for wheelchair access.

The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly.

The produce section is a little on the small side but all of the items seem to be of high quality.

There's a good amount of vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and health oriented food products available.

All of the items that are on sale are clearly marked. A lot of things where it's buy to get specific sale price. Example: 2 for $7

Used in-store pickup to get a miniature Christmas tree that I was unable to find anywhere else.
Pickup was effortless and I was totally satisfied with it.
Some of the other little trees that I saw elsewhere appeared to have been roughly handled or just damaged, so I was pleased that this one was 100% intact.
Totally happy with this purchase.

Very Big Target. The shopping experience was very nice bc the aisles are extra wide, very neat, and fully stocked. I went there for cleaning supplies and drying cloth and they have better selections than other Target stores in Brooklyn. I left the store with a lot more than what I came for... lol. I'm surprised they even have a section for mens called manscape. It was extremely neat and thoughtful. I'll definitely come back again.

We just had the pleasure of working with Venny in electronics . He helped us get a cell phone and plan and was extremely knowledgeable . He was easy to talk to Pleasant and courteous. It's so nice when someone likes there job and gives there best .

This store is very good and has a excellent variety of products. Eveything is always stocked from baked goods to sports cards. This store is great and I will keep coming back here for quality service.

Ordered online and picked up in store. It was so easy and the workers are always so helpful! Store was so organized and clean! Wonderful experience!

Customer service was beyond excellent and that was due to an amazing and wonderful cashier named Sandra. I had an issue with my Target Circle app. Sandra took her time and made sure I was able to login successfully. She even went out of her way to take care of other customers behind me so that they did not grow impatient. Sandra’s delightful spirit and beautiful personality is an inspiration to all. Sandra is an incredible asset to target!

Not only did we find everything we needed and had a quick and easy check out, but my husband forgot his phone. When we realized and returned, the phone had been turned into Customer Service and he was able to retrieve it with no issues.

Hello! And to whom it may concern. I’d like to take this opportunity to let all of targets future and potential customers that I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that this is the better target of the two here in Staten Island. The workers are mostly all from the south shore, in which my opinion the people you will find working there are a bit nicer than the ones on Richmond Avenue. It is my opinion and I am entitled to it. They are very similar I’m just trying to make the point that I believe this is the better one. I will still be shopping at the one on Richmond Avenue as well. And I’d also finally like to take the chance to let my entire community know which entails of the entire South Shore of Staten Island and of course the borough itself. The Moving General is now servicing flat rate moving and junk removal services for the entire tri-state area. We take on all jobs big or small large and tall, whether you are moving five minutes around the corner or down south to the Sonny state of Florida , etc. We are the company that you will find in your best interest to use when having to transport furniture and oversized items, etc. If You are being told low prices like 100 $200 and crazy things like that, believe me you probably are a great person. But if you’re expecting people you don’t know to come work for you for free in a field like this you will have another thing coming to you on move day and your vulnerability of needing to move out that they will be taken advantage of. That is also the reason for this post. Good luck.

Only place in stock compared to other Targets..

I always come to this target specifically because they have the best customer service. Marlene was very helpful to me and my wife. She helped us bag our many fragile and delicate items such as toys and perishables . Thank you Marlene for making my Target experience great every time.

My recent trip to target in tottenville
We had an associate at the register named Sandra. Very delightful and helpful. She helped me with the app which I don’t know how to use. She went above and beyond to help us save money on all my grandchildren’s gifts.
She is truly an asset!
I will be sure to look for her on my many trips to target!

Barcodes enable simple returns which will as drive up returns later this year. The staff here at this Target are stellar!

My wife Mona wants to acknowledge the wonderful treatment she received from Maria in the makeup department and Travis. They went above and beyond to help her locate a makeup product today. Employees like Maria and Travis are a credit to the Target store on Veterans Road in Charleston.
