The Home Depot

The Last time I went to Home Depot was when I was living in 52 Beach Street or on Targee street. This time I went with a group of people from JCC and this store is in a different location. It's still a store we can buy supplies, tools, refrigerators, washing machines ,dryers and many more.🔦🛒🪚🛠⛏🔩🪛⚙ They also sell furniture, lights,sheds and plants for your garden. They have self checkout spots where you can buy it on your own. 😀👍💳 When I was here I first checked out the garden area where it was wet and it had all these plants and there were birds. Then I noticed that some refrigerators have big screens on them and have a good discount.😀👍 This place is located in the Charleston area of Staten Island. If I were you I would recommend this place to go for home Depot because it's very storage based and decent.👍⚒🛠⛓🧑‍🔧🧑‍🏭

I like that they don't use bad chemicals as they do at Lowe's. The ppl working there are mostly clueless or just missing(meaning there's never guys around) But there are a lot of contractors usually there so if I have questions I ask them. They should give out reward cards or just reward loyal clients like they do at most stores. If Lowe's were to offer something like that, I admit that I most likely would start going to Lowe's so get on it Home Depot! Other than that it's definitely a great home/fix it store, definitely way less expensive than hiring someone especially if it's an easy fix that u could do for less than$10 yourself but a handyman would charge at the least a $75 fee just to come out, that not to mention what he's charging for parts etc. Most home owners can find You Tube videos & diy. There's usually ppl at home depot that will help u also

We were just in the store shopping for vertical blinds.
We were served by Anthony. He was most professional, most helpful and, to say the least most kind. It turned out to be a very pleasurable and easy shopping experience thanks in large part to Anthony's fabulous assistance.

Eugene helped my mother and father get us a washer and fridge. He was patient and understanding on what we were looking for. You don’t find people who are honest and take the time with you now a days. If you need any appliances you need to ask for Eugene to help he will make sure it’s exactly what’s good for you. We couldn’t be happier! Home Depot needs to acknowledge their employees who care about their customers.

A big shout out to Mike the manager and Rich!! At times like we’re faced with these day Mike and Rich were just a breath of fresh air! Mike was a huge help donating Halloween back drop for my kids school and Rich was so helpful getting it into our car!!!! Thank you both for your kindness and pleasant ways !!! Everyone at Home Depot on Staten Island was helpful, even without us asking. We did need help to find a few things and navigate. Since we bought a bunch of plants, veggies to grow, we asked for a card board to cover the trunk not to get it dirty. The lady upfront was very accommodating, she cut up a couple boxes for us! In the plant section a young man helped choose best veggies to grow this season. A man earlier also stopped by us and asked if we needed help - it was nice to see such attention at Home Depot. + A great experience on father's day with my little. 👍👍💪She also enjoyed helping with a snanner at the self check out. 😷 Social distancing and masks were worn by all.

I experienced one of the best customer service when I visited this location the girl that helped me out her name was Gaby F . She was very helpful , patient and had a great personality, definitely coming back to this location all the time .

Chris, the manager of the store is always on point with keeping this location clean, safe and well organized. The staff here is exceptional, always ready to help with all your needs and creates a great shopping experience. Special thanks to Gabriela, Richard, Deanna, Mina, Maria and Cynthia, all staff have always been very helpful for as long as I can remember. Although, there is one member of the team, “Margaret” at the cash registers who doesn't belong here. Margaret is rude to costumers, unhelpful and obnoxious, I believe she should work outside in the garden area to get some fresh air and away from the main floor.

Always have what I need in a pinch and keeps us up and running.

It was a great experience for me at this location I purchased some items online for a painting job. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice lady with a accent at the front she helped with my questions as well as where to pick up my items. Also she helped me with directions to the paint dept cuz I forgot a few things in my order. After purchasing more items I went and took out my items from machine and it was really cool didn't have to wait in line just punch in my numbers and walla the door opened and all my items were inside. Fastest I have ever been in and out of home depot I'm sure alot of people can agree 👍

The Customer Service, Ms. Amanda M, she is best and nice one I have ever seen! She always tries her best to help customer to solve any issues, whatever you make a purchase or wish to return something. She is always so patient and helpful!!!!! Great store with very helpful staff. I had the pleasure of being helped by Lizette in the blinds department, she is awesome; extremely polite and very pleasant to be around.if your looking for blinds I highly recommend her services.

Always go to this store for items I need to get my project done. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately this store is not a superstore like the one I have been to in NJ. Thus, some times will not be in stock unless you go to other store or order thru online. Overall still good. Grab and go store.

Bought some new floor tiles there for our shower. We needed 15 but we only found 9. I asked them for help to see if they had more in stock. The woman working in flooring went over and above what I expected. She found 6 more for us in another isle which couldn't have made us happier. I thought we would have to go running around to other Home Depots but thanks to her assistance that didn't have to happen. Can't thank her enough!

The customer service at order pick up was quick orderly and professional. I was approached in the parking lot by a representative who walked to my car with me and placed my HEAVY large room air conditioner in the car for me. The level of customer service I experience at home depot is consistently 5 stars regardless of the location.

Really great group of people in the paint dept and good staff in general. I've used tool rental with no issues I pass other Home Depots to come here. Like all Home Depots, it's handy to have the app so you can locate things without having to flag somebody down.

The customer service here was Excellent The Associates were Professional, Personable, and Helpful. The other Big Box Store nearby can't compare, with one exception - the older gentleman in the Plumbing Department. I look forward to patronizing this Home Depot for our Family needs, in the future.

I love this store. I love refinishing furniture, so buy all the stuff I need here. When I want to repaint the walls, I buy the paint here. If I can repair something myself, I will and the best part is the workers - they are knowledgeable and know what they talking about so if I'm not sure what to get, they will know.
