I highly recommend this location solely because of the incredible staff. Particularly, the assistant manager, Johnny, and Tom, the store manager. They are always accommodating and make me feel extremely valued as a Pro Access member. Johnny recommended the Ripped Women’s vitamin pack and I’ve lost 30 lbs. After all the coupons and sales, they help you end up with the best deal possible. It’s the only GNC I’ll go to, because when you walk in, they greet you and make the experience always a great one. Thanks is not enough guys!

Best experience I’ve ever had shopping at GNC in the past ten years. Tom the manager took his time with me saved a lot of money by upgrading the the Pro Access membership and I earned over $45 back to use next time would definitely recommended shopping with them. Toms experience and knowledge of gnc along with health and wellness is something I have never experienced in the past. I highly recommend this location and ask for Tom

My experience at GNC every single time has been nothing short of amazing. Nobody followed me, the staff is educated and kind. They know what they are taking about. It’s always a pleasurable experience. I don’t like to go anywhere else. Best store! Best staff!

The lady Maria is the sweetest lady I ever met lol I go in there, she gives me advice, knowledge and helpful guidance. We talk for 10-15mins every time I go in. Def recommend this place for anyone in the area. 💯

Having just moved to Rossville, I was looking for a nearby GNC. This particular location is only minutes from my house, and so I went in to purchase protein and supplements. I am a young woman and am unfortunately, rather unfit. My knowledge about these kinds of protein, etc. is also very limited. I decided to change my life by starting with my weight and health, and figured this would be a good place to start, From the minute I walked into the store, a sales associate (may have been the manager) named Rocco, educated me about various types of protein and supplements, and made absolutely no assumptions about my life (despite it being extremely obvious that I am not fit or particularly healthy). He was extremely energetic, friendly, helpful, and most of all - knowledgeable! I have a background in medicine, and nothing he said was false or exaggerated. I highly recommend this GNC location to anyone. The sales associates are wonderful and polite, and Rocco especially, helped me purchase the best options for my body. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at this type of store, and will certainly be coming back!

I typically shop at this location in Charleston (near the OBX), but my wife recently picked up some products for me at the Forest Ave location and when she did the associate did not provide a free item that is part of GNCs current promotion. I explained this to Michele at the Charleston store. She was very understanding and took the time to correct the transaction. That's why I shop at this location and you should, too.

I come here after every workout! To get a protein shake or cookie. The guys here are great workers and just great people in general. Tom Kenny and Johnny make this gnc one of the best in the area. I will continue coming here for a very long time.

The store is by far my favorite GNC, the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are well trained and ready to assist in any way they can.
