Hello , I’ve been going to this store for multiple years and I love it. The service and cashiers are super nice and are always attentive. You should get in their position and understand that it’s impossible to weigh something perfectly because it’s food. I’ve had an experience where cold cuts were weighted to much for me but there was never a problem and the cashier easily solved my issue so I doubt this was done from a rude perspective! Also we live in an economy where prices change daily so keep up. Kolos is an amazing store my family and I always shop here.

Very delicious food especially homemade ALWAYS FRESH. Very inviting atmosphere,polite and nice people.I used to buy food here for a last 10 years, Highly recommended and definitely will go back.
