Rocky's Ace Hardware

We have always loved the small hardware stores. Rockys has beyond met our expectations. Every single time we go there is someone to help and if that person doesnt know they get another person!
My husband surprised me with a Big Green Egg.
They delivered it, assembled it, and i lost the dang receipt. Ya cant register them without a receipt. I called the store expecting a hassle. Mary answered the phone, within 2 to 5 minutes she found us and had them ready. And that kind of FRIENDLY wanting to help at this location is refreshing and just cool as heck.

Always Helpful Staff, and they Always have what I need. Ace also has one of the Nicest Displays of Christmas Arrangements, Decorations and Trees around.. It's Nice and Convenient that we have local hardware/ misc. Goods stores like Ace in our neighborhoods.

Very helpful and everyone is so nice. A lot of stores sometimes acts like it's a inconvenient thing,but your staff treats you like family..

Went day drinking and bought some plants from here. I go inside and they had a DJ playing all the hits. I was confused on if it was a rave or a hardware store lol. Then they hosted a dance competition, and of course I had to bust a move or two and won a $25 gift card. 10/10 would recommend for plants, tools, and dance parties.

I went to Ace Hardware Store to get tension rods for living room curtains but I had the wrong measurements; all I bought was catnip seeds for my cat. Brenda checked me out - she was very pleasant & down to earth. I went home & got measurements for the tension rods & proceeded to another store. Brenda called my phone just as I was pulling into the parking lot, I called her back - she told meI dropped my debit card 😲. I know it took her time & effort to find my phone number, but she was determined. I am very thankful for honest people! A big thank you goes to the person who turned my card over to Brenda and a to Brenda for calling me. Thank you!!!

Most employees are Willing to help... But I've had some that are older and stick in their ways lol I don't think they like you returning things either

All the store team were very kind and knowledgeable, one gentleman whom I sadly forgot his name kindly walked me through the options of fixings and screws I was looking for and showed me how to measure the sizes with the handy size charts and bits they had to help in store. Really appreciated his time and will update if/when I catch a name next

I try to support the local shop as best I can. I shop there before going to Lowes or Home Depot. Saves time and driving. I get bird seed there quite often. Decent prices on it!

Staff is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are really what make this place great. I always go here before the massive places. Because it's smaller it may not always have what I'm looking for, but you never know what deals you're going to find here.

Staff is always kind and very professional. I bought 150 bags of top soil. They helped me load. One of them (I forgot his name) gave me greate advise of what I need to use and add for my project. Thank you for the great service
