Lynn the manager was super helpful! I had four large boxes to return and I forgot to put tape on some of them. She was really nice and offered to tape them up for me even though it was my mistake. It was busy and there was a line of people but all the employees were friendly and helpful to everyone. Probably the best UPS location I've been to. Thanks Lynn!

The UPS Store on South Melrose is a great store, I go there often for Amazon returns etc and the staff there is very friendly and efficient. 👏👏👏

My son and I have had a mailbox at this location for a couple years now. The employees greet you and make you feel like you are important to them. Whenever I have called to check on availability of their 24 hour package pickup the staff is always quick to know if it is available which makes it even more convenient. The service is always quick and professional and if they are extremely busy, they constantly acknowledge the people standing in line so they know that they are important and not just crowding their space. Even if we moved from our current living location to one farther away, I would not switch UPS stores as this one is top notch. Special shout out to the Owner and manager for making each trip here a good one.

Awesome customer service at this store! I have been helped on numerous occasions with excellent customer service--even for difficult situations.
The latest was going in with my flash drive and realizing I did not download the shipping label onto it. I live quite a distance and did not have time to drive all the way home and back. The very exceptional Jennifer said I could go home and email the label to her. I left the package, paid for the single copy of the label, and emailed it to her. She even called to be sure I hadn't forgot to email it. Such great customer service is not easy to find these days!

Left the gym stressed because I had to get a POA notarized, scanned, and overnighted across the US. The manager there was the person that assisted me and she did an excellent job and made sure everything was done correctly! My stress went from 7 to 2 knowing that all the admin requirements were completed!!

I have been coming here for oh so many years! They are the BEST!! All the employees over the years have always been gracious, friendly, and professional!! I rate them a 10!!

I went there today about noon just to drop off a pre-paid package. I was greeted warmly by the two ladies working there.... didn't get their names. It took one minute but i really appreciated their amazing attitude and friendliness. I will be back. You have some incredible employees. Thank you!

I’ve had my mailbox at this store since 2014. Jennifer is the manager and she is hard working and fabulous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly!

Just had to drop off a package and get a receipt for verification. Guy greeted me right when I walked in and took care of my needs. Nice and welcoming workers.

As soon as I walked in the door there was a staff member who greeted me and took my packages,I had my receipt printed in seconds.They offer a lot of other services also
