It’s so easy to use the UPS Store for Amazon returns. If it was any easier, they would come get it from us. It amazes me how fast it is.

Great service, super friendly and helpful staff. I belive her name was Hannah went above and beyond to get my return labels straightened out and gave my daughters some stickers and Halloween candy, they even made the comment to me how nice she was when we walked out. Thank you, much appreciated.

I went there with a slightly complicated job involving printing things from email, filling out forms, notarizing some documents and then scanning more documents and sending it to my email in certain sets of documents. Mari did a great job helping me out from start to finish. She was prompt, extremely helpful and went out of her way to suggest things I may have missed. I was in and out of the place in less than ten minutes thanks to her help. I would definitely recommend this location for getting notary work and other documentation needs done well and at an affordable price.

The staff members at this store get you in and out quick. They are always helpful when it comes to finding my Amazon return. It’s always clean inside the store. Thank you for all the staffs hard work.

Wonderful experience here today! Needed a notary quick and within 10-15 of calling, it was done! It was super quick, the fee was only $5 and the notary lady was friendly! This location was better than the other one 100%.

Surprised by the negative reviews. I have used this location at least a half dozen times and have been always treated with courtesy and respect. I have recently chosen this place as an access point for UPS deliveries as I live in an apartment and do not want my packages left outside my door when I am not home. I will make sure when I go to pick up my deliveries that I will have my ID with me. Seemed like a major gripe about reviewers being turned down due to not having their ID with them. There is a reason for policies, folks! And why didn’t you have your ID, especially since you likely had to drive there? Just curious!

I've been using this store for 10 years. Even though I moved, which now places the store far out of my way, I still go there because the owner and staff are great. I've never once found anyone to be rude, discourteous or unprofessional. Quite the contrary, they know me by name and are always welcoming.

The negative reviews here sound like they're written by people with an axe to grind, or are otherwise projecting. You get what you give.

This is a great UPS store. The service is always so quick and surprisingly easy. I have never had any issues.

I dont understand the negative reviews on here? The staff here is polite,kind, and wonderful! I did a drop off awhile ago they where wonderful! When doing a drop off have it tape up and ready to go. Amazon and other shipping companies doesn't pay for tape or packing.

This store is very well mannered and gets the job done! Every time I come in the ladies are very greeting and make small talk, super friendly. I’ve shipped out very fragile items as well that they pack and makes it to the next location in one piece still. Good job ups store

I feel like these negative comments are people looking for drama when they walk in... Manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. They know me by name and are always the best! Wouldn’t go to any other shipping store.

I'm a pretty regular customer here as I have shipments every few weeks and I choose this place for their awesome staff. Every UPS employee I spoke with here have always given me a service with a smile and I will continue to come here as long as they keep up the good work!

Great quiet friendly. Never have a problem shipping out of here. I was interested in the shipping some fishing poles to Florida in February versus an extra $75 on the airplane. Much cheaper 2/3rds cheeper with great advice. You can trust Brown to get the job done right. Safe in one piece and on time you cannot say that for the airlines.

The staff is outstanding! I had an issue with my mailbox assignment and they solved the problem very creatively. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this location more highly!
