I recently purchased a home that needed all carpet replaced, Sterling Carpet Shops was incredible to work with. Not only was the team (Kevin) responsive and friendly, but also highly knowledgeable with recommendations. Visiting the showroom was fantastic, there were several samples pulled that I had mentioned to match my preferences due to having pets and aesthetic choices so I could quickly narrow down my top options and see some samples in my space. The selection process was great. Once the product came in, installation was seamlessly coordinated with Nelson's team to remove and install the new padding and carpet quickly. The end result is exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. Absolutely wonderful experience, I am so pleased.

I had ceramic tile and LVP installed in two separate rooms. The whole process was great. Kevin was patient while I made my selections. Work was completed in a timely manner and Mr. Kim who did the work was amazing. He is such a hard worker and takes care to make his work perfect. The entire process was great and I highly recommend Sterling Carpet.

We decided on wall to wall carpeting for our home. Sterling salesman, Kevin S was extremely patient and helpful while I came in the store often trying to make up my mind about which carpet and color to choose. He never rushed me and made multiple visits to my home during the install to ensure all was going well. The store is conveniently located, with ample parking right in front, and very clean and organized. It was a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of flooring samples and displays to choose from. We selected a carpet from Masland but regretfully, upon install arrival, the color turned out to be a problem due to the manufacturer. Kevin Lester, the owner, got involved on my behalf and submitted a claim with the manufacturer to replace the carpet. Mr Lester was fully on my side as his customer so that the claim was processed. What stands out the most is how utterly professional and helpful Mr. Lester was during a stressful flooring project. Mr Lester never had a nasty attitude and always responded promptly to the situation on hand, ensuring that I as a customer felt valued and 100 percent satisfied with money spent. I enthusiasticly recommend Mr Lester and the folks at Sterling carpet for one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a retailer. Even when an unforseen problem arose, Mr. Lester at Sterling delivered and never let us down. Thank you for the outstanding service.

We’ve had both floors and stair done by Sterling Carpets, from old carpet to beautiful red oak wood. The workmanship is excellent, with an attention to detail. Mr Kim and crew are incredibly hard working. Kevin Lester, the salesman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors. The entire experience was superior to working with a big box store.

I needed a small patch of carpet replaced. Kevin, Bruce, and Alan did a fantastic job facilitating the job, asking all the right questions, and making sure everything got done quickly and efficiently. Ricardo did an amazing job on the replacement, taking carpet from a closet to match the existing carpet and replacing the closet carpet with a near-match. His craftsmanship was top-notch. My wife and I can't tell where the patch is, and the new closet carpet looks excellent, too. I'm really pleased with their work, and look forward to using their services in the future!

We had our wood floors sanded and refinished. The work was completed on time and Kevin and his staff were very helpful. I highly recommend Sterling Carpet shops for any flooring needs.
