Samsonite

We bought a Samsonite suitcase in another country and it cracked on its very first trip (coming to the U.S.). The Samsonite rep at this store, Lisa, was very helpful in getting the suitcase replaced. She really knows the Samsonite product line -- when I walked in with the broken suitcase, she was halfway across the store but she immediately recognized the suitcase as a foreign purchase.

Will forever shop here for luggage! My husband had a bag from them and the zipper broke after 15 years so we went down to this store for a new one to feel the texture of their bags and everyone in the store was so helpful and personable, we knew the kind of bag we wanted and they were able to take us to the exact bags we wanted. We ended up getting the bag for WAY cheaper there than we would have online, definitely the go-to place when looking for travel bags 👍🏻

Lisa has been extremely helpful in my journey of finding the best carry on (size and color) for my business travel needs. She really understands the customer and knows all her products in detail. From now on, I will only buy suitcases from this Samsonite location!

My 20 year old favorite roller bag's wheel broke on my latest journey around the world. I didn't think anyone would repair it, but I took it to Samsonite, and the team here investigated it with their repair shop, found out it could be repaired, and have sent it off! Thanks for the friendly, passionate service!

Worked with Jenna and another lady (forgot her name) with beautiful eyes. They were so knowledgeable about the product line and really helped with our investment into our first set together, as a couple. We are using the pieces in a few weeks so they will get road tested soon enough. They couldn't be nicer or more gracious. Highly recommend!

Lisa the manager was very polite and helpful. We needed to replace some Samsonite luggage from 15-19 yrs ago and she not only had some smoking good deals for our new bags but also got us the hook up to fix at least one of the old pieces of luggage. Awesome experience!
