Both workers were extremely helpful and very friendly (even though I didn't arrive in fancy clothes). They treated me kindly and we're very patient with my lack of fancy clothes knowledge. They helped me pick out shirts and ties and gave me general pointers on dressing well.

I wish they would reopen more stores but at least we have the one in Chandler. Everyone was so helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service.

This is definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had!! OMG HOWLL was Amazing! Solved all my worries instantly with a smile. I flew in From NY and my suit was super wrinkled and I lost my tie. I was in desperate need of a Steamer and a Tie because the wedding was the following day. I expressed my dilemma to Howll and he immediately told me not to worry he will take care of it. Got the wrinkles right out and found the perfect tie to match. God bless him and I hope Brooks Brothers Can Clone him so the world can experience HOWLL’s amazing Customer Service.

My husband really loves Brooks Brothers dress shirts. Even though he continues to wear out the elbows over and over, we replace them because he loves them. The staff was super helpful and willing to check for different sizes and products for us in the back.

Exceptional service from Grettel. I found 2 sport jackets I wanted but the store didn’t have either in my size. She searched the country and found a way to deliver one to my house and one to the store and then followed with a call when each arrived. Great customer service Grettel!

The older gentleman helping me was so kind, one of the nicest and most genuine human beings who has ever helped me in any sales transaction ever. Reminded me of Mr. Roger's. I was very happy to buy a suit from him.

I love Brooks Brothers especially when they have 70% sale! Always find something. Wasn't crowded...sales people welcome you in and allow you to shop and not bug you. 😉

Still a men's shop suits shirts pants topcoats makes you look and feel like a gentleman a dapper dan a little pricey but not unreasonable I still like getting dressed and going out on the town with my best friend the one I married ,46 years ago
