I recently had a minor issue with our personal "Safeway For U" rewards program and needed help from the Assistant Store Director named Tasha. She was extremely professional, very patient, and an absolute joy to work with. Tasha made a phone call and within a few minutes she had my issue resolved. Even though I had just met her for the first time, she made our interaction an easy and satisfying experience and I personally felt like I had known her for years! I would not be surprised if this young lady ascends rapidly through the ranks of the Safeway "family" and reaches the top of her profession. She most certainly has my vote! Lastly, my review would not be complete if I failed to mention another absolutely outstanding Safeway employee named Eda. I have had numerous interactions with Eda over the past year and she has always treated me kindly, with respect, and the usual professionalism that I have always gotten at this particular Safeway location. Both Tasha and Eda are an asset to their company and I applaud the Safeway corporation for hiring, training, and mentoring such incredible employees. Give this store a visit and you will not be disappointed.

The store was clean and had a great selection. We got everything on our list. Great customer service as well. They have a lot of choices for cold and flu supplies as well as other medicine.

Great staff. Fun and professional. Always clean and organized. Deli hits home runs all day. There's always a lot of dessert options in bakery that covers every personality type. Possibly my favorite Safeway location if all time. 😁

Holy moly - fresh cut produce done in house for low price! SOOOO GOOD! They have ready to go fruit end veggies - kabobs - grill trays etc

Levi is amazing! There was a mixup with our company’s balloon order early this morning and he was able to get the order completed super fast, giving me enough time to get to the City of Citrus Heights event we were hosting.

I was doing an Instacart order here and for some reason the licorice was not where the app kept telling me it was. I asked a worker if he could point me in the direction where an alternate place for licorice to be and after much thought and a walk a few aisles away, he went on a scavenger hunt looking for this last item! Together we found that it was relocated and placed closer to the register. I appreciate the man that assisted and wish him nothing but happiness and positive vibes only.

Amazing store with great deals. They are bit expensive but as member you get amazing discounts and deals. A lot of good choices of food, products, and pharmacy.
Very clean, kind workers and very helpful.
I'd recommend this place for anyone who wants to shop for grocery or even flowers. They have great selection of flowers, I'd give this place 10/10, I'd recommend it for others

5 stars for Kirsten. This Sunday morning 12/11/22 I came in to do grocery shopping and was not in the best of moods but Kirsten made my whole day. She is the sweetest soul I have encountered since shopping at this Safeway for the past 3 years. She is so sweet, friendly and makes great conversation. So kind, careful and makes sure she gets the job done right. She doesn’t make you feel like just another transaction, she made it an experience. Thank you so much Kirsten!!! Also the man who helped bag my groceries, I didn’t catch a name but I was there 12/11/22 checked out at 8:48 AM, thank you for being kind and courteous.

I love the Pharmacy and staff at the Lincoln Safeway. I pickup a prescription for my Mom here. The staff has always been very professional and courteous to me. I have seen these poor people deal with some of the rudest people in Lincoln. People need to step back, take breath and realize that your nasty, hateful and threatening words/tone will never get your problem/issue resolved. Respect! Give it and get it! We've forgotten that "Golden rule"!

The rest of the Safeway staff have been helpful and courteous also. The store is clean and easy to navigate. But I have to be honest and tell you I don't grocery shop at any Safeway very often. Have a great day and remember to say please and thank you. If you give it, you will receive it 😊 Simple acts of kindness makes a difference for everyone.

Phenomenal roast. The flower section also made my daughter a balloon dog. Very good workers.

There's an African-American male, that looks to be in his late twenties, named Gaius working there. He's very swift and efficient at the cash register. Go to him. I tried calling his manager to give him a commendation, but the hold time was too long.

This is probably my favorite Safeway, from SF, east bay, and the north bay the best. Clean, wide aisles, nice and fresh selections of all their food, from fresh to frozen. The deli makes pretty good sammies too.

Went to Safeway in Citrus Heights on Greenback Ln & San Juan. Bought Collard Greens for my Thanksgiving dinner. The best greens I have seen. They were fresh, and large leaves. Washed and cleaned and froze for the big day. In the meat department the butcher was over the moon helpful. He found the perfect size Turkey for me. The employees were all friendly and super helpful. Will be shopping more at this Safeway from now on. Very pleased with the service and quality.

I wish I would have taken pictures, but this is by far the most beautiful grocery store i've ever seen. I know that sounds strange, but the manager or whoever is in charge there has a wonderful eye. Everything is so clean and organized. All the stocking of the shelves is so perfect, I feel like i'm walking through a fake movie set. I've been in several times and it is consistently nice. Nothing much from the outside, but just beautiful inside. Nice job guys!!

we all know shopping is a drag, yet we cant survive on fast food. safeway is the place to go when your family wants a better than average dinner. Employees has a great customer service and knowledgeable of every station especially the young man Bruce was super helpful and had a great work ethic. We as a customer appreciate his kindness and he is supportive for the business as well.

The young man by the name of Julian that works in the meat department was very helpful, he is an exceptional worker and was very informative! Safeways needs more young workers like him!

Great pharmacy. They always have my meds and stay open pretty late. Never a line. Pharmacists and staff are nice and knowledgeable.

I did get some good deals but I want to say that I am disappointed in their $5 Friday deals. They don't seem to have as many as they used to things that were $5 are now $6.99 how can that be a $5 Friday? Store is clean people are very nice.
