I’m out in Arizona on vacation from Florida. IRS needed new documents to prove my signature for my refund. I was able to gather the documents, go and get them printed out Graham Foster helped out, found the correct address where the IRS was able to printing re-create documents, put them in a FedEx envelope mail them to that address very patient Man very good service Would highly recommend this location. The store is the same as the rest of them, but it is the staff members that make all the difference. Thank you Graham for being patient and helping me through that process.

The customer service provided to my wife and I by Dillon was exceptional. We were looking for an office chair and he was patient, professional, and answered all our questions around the different office chair options and their features. We ended up purchasing one of the Shaquille O’Neal office chairs and an office mat since we have carpet in the office.

I remain a happy and loyal customer. Office Max, i mostly go to the Peoria, AZ location, consistently provide exceptionally high quality customer service. They all seem to have, and share so much helpful knowledge about products and services. They've always gone out of their way for me, have taken the time i need answering my many questions in order for me to make a best fit purchase decision. They all seen to understand the importance of taking time to listen and understand what a customer needs, before they might offer my most suitable recommendation. I returned a red printer cartridge bought in error for a black one. Due to surgeries and illness, we had waited to return the cartridge. The day we made the exchange turned out to be the final day it could be returned. My clerk, I think a store manager, was smart, helpful, pleasant, personable, and efficient. By the time I completed the transaction screen for returning the first cartridge, he had been across the store and returned with the correct black cartridge. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. Previous transactions at this store have been similarly efficient. This has made me a loyal customer.

I use office max to make copies a lot. They are very helpful and professional! The copies turn out perfect every time! MJ is the best!

I ordered a print job online. Included some extra personalized instructions. While I was not in a hurry, I was amazed to receive a text in 30 minutes that it was ready for pick up. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Hey if you need copying done, ask for Brittany in the copy center. She is awesome! I like all of the help I get from the copy center employees, but she really stands out!!!

Sometimes their stock can be low but still overall good store. Clean, well organized, very large variance of products. Also Talon was great. Talon, if you're reading this, we were in a group and we talked about Linux and computers

Needed a new wireless router and chose to go to OfficeMax due to their proximity to our home. We were promptly greeted with a friendly hello and asked if we needed assistance. The staff helped us locate and choose the best product for our situation and they even price matched it with another stores lower price, saving us a significant amount. It works great and we are pleased with the service that we received. Will shop there again.

Graham and his team at Lake Pleasant in Peoria AZ have been wonderful to work with for years. They always help me with my posters for all the non-profits and find things in the store.

During a recent trip to Office max in Glendale we purchased a couple of Rubbermaid tubs and noticed the handles were broken so we brought them back and Spoke with the manager Jerry. Jerry explained that they were out of those tubs at this store but they had some in Litchfield and he would drive over there and pick them up for us if we still wanted them. We appreciated that effort from him, not only did he pick them up but he delivered them to the Peoria store closer to our home. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from anyone. I had an exceptional experience with Ron in the Print Center. He was incredibly calm and patient as I made multiple changes while he was setting up my job. The end result was perfect, and I want to both thank and commend Ron for his superior customer service skills!!

The store is close to my home office and can always find what I need easily there. I first bought a fax, scanner, printer there several years ago and go back when I need any office supplies. They offer help if necessary and always have what I need.

This Office Max location is excellent. We go here for all our small business needs. This week we had business posters printed and laminated for upcoming customer meetings. Amber and Ron in the print and copy area were excellent to work with and did a super professional job....very happy with the results. Thanks to the team at this Office Max location!!

I did the instore pickup (6 miles away, to save a delivery fee) and the products were ready as promised. The quality of the desk I purchased was actually better than I expected.
