Burger King

Had the Ghost Pepper combo. The burger was great. The soda machines soda tratas a bit off, but all in all was still a good visit.

Took my mom to Burger King she had a gift card she received for Christmas from her grandson. After ordering and getting ready to pay, the woman stated that at this location, they do not accept gift cards. She was very nice and gave my mom her food for free due to not knowing. I want to Thank her!

I can't not say enough how AWESOME Ryan is! Everytime I've gone there, he is always just so nice, courteous, and goes above and beyond to make sure we got everything we need! He is definitely well deserved for a manager position or even a general management position! It's extremely difficult these days to receive good customer service, and other employees there should take after him! The other employees are rude, and just act like we're wasting their time, and hand out old disgusting food. I can't say enough how awesome he is, and there needs to be more employees like Ryan!

I wanted to update my rating with a more positive rating. Stephanie worked really hard even till the end of her shift. She had everything ready as soon as I pulled up, and was super friendly to let me know that they were out of the chicken sandwich, or CH’King sandwich.

When I asked for extra condiments last minute, she rushed to get them. I know that may seem like a small thing, but at the end of the night near 11 PM to put in the effort to be friendly and still do everything you can to have everything ready for the next customer goes along way.

My previous rating was was about the customer service, not the food, that this location had. I’m glad now they have a staff that cares about customer experience ❤

It's been a while since the last time I was out here but today I was amazed by the service and the professionalism that this young employee by the name of Ryan l. Very professional very helpful even offered to pick up my food after I was done wow like I said we need people like this working everywhere his type of attitude is very appreciated I will definitely come back once again kudos to Ryan I hope this young man is recognized.

Was there on a Friday dinner rush, the place was very busy. Polite employees, great service. Given how busy it was, the wait time for my fairly large order was about average. The order was correct!!! I believe it had something to do with crew lead Samantha or whatever her title is. Communicated with the entire staff very well.

Great service every time I come in now definitely changed around from a while back and my food was out quick and hot too

The employees at this Burger King on Dysart and thunderbird were really great kind and hard workers the food was excellent I don't see what others are complaining about in my personal opinion I think they complain just to get free food which I have seen people do at other restaurants even though the service was excellent keep up the good work I will definitely be coming back to this location

Service was great! Was helped by Samuel, he very attentive and diligent. I was shocked at how fast I was served! Will definitely be back!

First time there. I had the friendliest cashier I've ever met. She was amazing and kept asking if we needed anything else.

The place was clean, smelled good and had a great staff. I don't see many people focus on customer service here in Arizona, so this place just threw me for a loop.

Came inside to get a large order of $60 worth of food Samuel and the crew handled it perfectly got everything correct and in a fast timely matter thanks guys...

Line at the drive thru was a little long, but my order was correct. I'll take a little wait, over having to go back and get it fixed

The gentleman working the drive through tonight (3/18) deserves recognition. He had a positive happy attitude even though i was his last customer of the night. I didnt get his name but every business needs more employees like him.

This local king of burgers is a delicious stop for the hungry traveler. A hearty meal for a fair price has Mr visit time and time again. Thank you for the friendly staff and great speed of service.

The young man at the drive thru on Tuesday, January 8 had such wonderful customer service! Wish I would’ve got his name. It was near closing time, but he treated us so well!

Just put in a complicated ass 35 dollar huge breakfast order . They repaeted the order back twice at the drive thru had us pull around.

Maybe five minutes later, it comes out piping hot. We get home and find two extra biscuits in it and everything exactly as ordered .

Kick ass staff .

Have always been very quick even though I always had to place a large order and never a problem with my coupons. Very good employees, polite, professional and proficient.

I think that this is one of the best burger king's restaurants I went to in a while... I say this because my food was freshly made... I never had to blow on fries to cool them down, until I came to this burger king... keep it up bk
