Gail in appliances made this outing the "Best it could be". We came in "dreading"appliance shopping. Gail came over and offered her assistance. She was amazing. We left within an hour with a kitchen full of appliances (gas stove/oven, refrigerator, above range microwave). The next day everything was installed and ready to go! Thanks Gail for wonderful, knowledgeable, professional assistance. Great Day!

Started at home depot wandering around for an hour looking for one item. Couldn't find anyone to ask for help except for two employees who sent me on wild goose chaces. So I left, went to Lowes and the very first employee I see as I walk thru the door, doesn't wait for me to ask first, asks me if I need help then walks me all the way to the exact item I was looking for. In and out in 5 min. I've been a loyal depot customer for 25 yrs. I even worked there for a few yrs but I'm done. Ill spend my $70,000+ a yr at Lowe's from now on.

Went to Lowe's at Four Corner's today. Rich, one of the floor associates, was unbelievably helpful. It was so refreshing. He spent time with us on multiple items and seemed truly happy to do it. A nice change from our experience yesterday at a nearby store when an associate would not tell us where batteries were because she was "on break". Thanks Rich. We really appreciated it.

I wanted to commend John on the great service he provided me this morning in the plumbing section! Not only did he approach me to see how he could help, but was a wealth of knowledge and a great resource to help me with my project. I often get great service at this store and today was no exception 👍

Abu in Appliances took good care of us. Fast and easy purchase. There is no sale pressure at all.

I like their Kobalt power tools more and more. They have great versatility with their 24volt batteries even with outdoor equipment and the prices and combo deals are really knowledgeable .
Service people in most depts are awesome. John in plumbing and others, the tool guys, hardware, but paint and some other depts not so much always.

Went to Lowe's at Lake Pleasant Pkwy today and had the best experience with plumbing help. John Wolfe who is Lowe's plumbing specialist is extremely knowledgeable, very customer service oriented and was a tremendous help to us.

Great location, friendly staff & clean and well stocked. Excellent plant selection in greenhouse area... Plants look healthy & well taken care of before point of sale.

I love going to this Lowe's garden department, I often find some nice indoor and outdoor plants for my house.

We recently purchased a home in the area, so we are here several times a week! Everyone is always so helpful and acknowledges us when we walk in. Today we had a gentleman named Allen assist us. He was great, really personable and helped us with every question. We actually sat and chatted with him a bit before we left. Great customer service all around!

I went during a non-busy time. Got in and out quick. Was before the NFL Playoffs. Always well stocked.

TJ and Gail helped me and my wife yesterday and again today look and go over different refrigerators. We were very indecisive because my wife wanted a sleeker model, and I was very interested in the ones that had the three drawers and ice machines. Both of them went out of their way to help us and were friendly kind and easy to work with. They were not pushy. It was really nice to work with knowledgeable and friendly people who we could tell just wanted us happy with our choice no matter what we purchased. Thanks so much

This location has always had everything that I have needed for home. I have came to this location for 10 years and have never had a problem finding whatever I needed from small jobs to very large ones.

I've been looking for a board for my trailer for almost a week. Charlie was, is, and is going to be the smiling face I see from now on! He's the man! Fast, smart, all-around, good guy! 😎 he offered to cut the board to make it what I needed. Home depot wouldn't do it.

Brian was super helpful for us today 7/1/23. He was able to get us in the right direction, help me with my sprinkler problem, and was super friendly. Definitely an awesome employee to have and we appreciate his customer service skills

This location is my favorite l. It’s easy to get in and out of and the staff is always helpful in finding what you need and at check out.

There was somebody there to help me with closet doors so that I didn't get the wrong size

My wife and I hit Lowe's at least once a month for all our major items for the house. Seems least expensive than going to grocery stores. I also like the variety of plants they have at this location. And very surprising never had to return a plant that didn't survive very Hardy. The one I usually go to is off I-17 just west on Thunderbird. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable about their assigned job locations.

Nice Lowes, clean , a lot of parking spots and helping employees 👍
