Baja Tacos

I have been here a number of times. Their food is always delicious. Tonight I got the speciality asada, Al pastor and shrimp. Crunchy, great flavor, a great amount of onions and cilantro too. The shrimp specialty was my favorite. A must try spot!

This place is incredibly delicious. I can't rave about the tacos. I tried the specialty shrimp taco, specialty pastor taco, and the regular shrimp taco. I also tride the cheese quesadilla. Hands down, amazing. The specialty tacos come with a fried cheese layer on top. The sauces are so good as well. Maybe I was starving, but they do it right. Definitely hit the spot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food came out fast. Oh, and they do the long coke bottles. So classic.

I'll be back here for certain.

My wife and I love street food so we stopped in here for lunch today and were absolutely thrilled. I got two tacos pastor and my wife got two asada tacos.
They were fantastic!! If you are in El Mirage on Thunderbird I highly recommend you give them a go.
We will definitely be back for more.

Everything has already been said but I’ll say it again, this place is legit the best tacos in Phoenix metro. The best part is the service. Mateo was super personable and hospitable, really great family run spot! Don’t sleep on this! I’ve found my new taco joint and it’ll be worth the drive every single time!

I have ate many a shrimp taco (many in Mexico) in my day and I can honestly say that Baja Tacos serves the best I have ever had! The Galley of the Sun YouTube channel formally and fully endorses this incredible establishment! Great food and great, friendly service! As incredible as the shrimp tacos are, the "shrimp special" may even be better!

Out on lunch with the team before gettin at the mission for the day.. these La Tortilla was recommended by one of my teammates and it did not disappoint!!! Ms Audrey was super hospitable and the food did not take as long as we anticipated. Fresh, hot, cheese still melting as you bite into it!! This is definitely a lunch spot rotation contender amongst the boys! 8.7/10

A few months ago we were looking for some more authentic style street tacos, and based on reviews we decided to give Baja a try— and they hit every mark of what we were wanting! The meat is fantastic and flavorful, the food is fresh & authentic, reasonably priced, and pretty dang decent portions!

The carne tacos are tasty, but the shrimp tacos are 1,000% where it’s at! The shrimp is so insanely good, and the tortilla has a perfect crunch to it. We’ve ate here about 6 times over the last 2 months, because we can’t help but crave them! They’re SOOOO good. Their sauces are great too; the red has a good kick, green has good flavor, and the chipotle is a must to put on every meat they offer— it’s that good. I will say the pastor is a bit sweet for our liking, but still not terrible, and if you’re a pastor fan, I’m sure you’ll like it!

P.S the carne tacos don’t come with cabbage on them. You have to order that if you like it, like we do!

Driven passed this place at least 100 times stopped tonight for the first time.
Burritos, taco and grilled cheesey tacos
I got 1 of every meat regular taco and 1 pork cheesy taco.
The chicken and beef tacos were very tasty,
Pork cheesy taco i was afriad it would be to greasy but was very tasty as well.
The shrimp taco was well made and tasted very good but the shrimp had a strong fish smell to it but i still ate it.
Green sauce is also very good.
Ill be back for sure just not for the shrimp.

Here in Arizona for work for a couple days. Looked up some places to eat and saw that Baja Tacos had great reviews so I decided to try it. It is located in the parking lot of a reception hall but the weather is really nice in October so it was a pleasant experience. Audrey was our cashier and was very helpful helping us decide what to get. She recommended regular shrimp taco (right) and the special la tortilla shrimp taco (left). She was not lying, both were amazing. I personally liked the regular shrimp taco better, its lighter and cabbage is refreshing. The La Tortilla tacos would be more for cheese lovers. Here for a couple more days and will be back to try the al pastor and some more shrimp tacos.

Omgosh!!! This place is amazing!!!! I was totally not expecting the tacos to be that big so I ordered 4, since I was expecting the size of everyone else’s tacos! I could barely finish the second one! I’m used to those tiny cold corn tortilla ones with 3 pieces of shrimp. These tacos had so much juicy shrimp in them! Seriously shock and VERY PLEASED!
My picky eater even said on the way home that, “it was really good!!!!”😳 I almost crashed the car!
My only regret is not going 2 years earlier when I first noticed this place!!

Really good tacos. Tried them all, ordering more after our initial order because they were that good. Some of the best tacos I've had around the valley. Meat is tender and the tortillas are tasty themselves. Worker was very friendly and courteous. The fruit juice they had that is from a local company was refreshing.

By far the best tacos. The service was amazing and the prices are extremely affordable. Will definitely become a go to spot for any occasion!

Amazing food and customer service. We came to this place for quick bite and came back for more since we we're far away from home. I wlil be coming back to this place. The long commute is worth it. Keep in mind there's 2 types of tacos; regular & speciality. Thanks Baja Tacos for making deliscious food. 👌👏🙏

The beat tacos I've ever had hands down I been allover Phoenix and nothing beats there tacos the shrimp tacos are fire

My favorite is their SHRIMP TACOS!!!🍤 Just everything about it the yummy crunch from the corn taco to all the spices tingling my taste buds. All of there tacos are amazing but if you ever end up trying them out don’t forget to try the shrimp tacos I wasn’t disappointed and if like shrimp neither will you.

Don't be deterred by a food truck. These tacos are on point.
