Love shopping at cvs because I save my rewards , take advantage of BOGO deals

I stock up on certain items

Store smelled good! Certainly didn't smell like a drugstore. It was big too. Lots of inventory. Good merchandise variety. I wanted to buy more than what I went there for LOL Surprising and will certainly go back.

CVS is one of my favorite stores to shop at. I like this particular store because they are fully stocked at all times and have many variety items and selections other CVS stores doesn’t have. One of the main reasons why I come to the store is the great customer service from an employee by the name of Rhonda. She is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure customers are happy and found what they want.
Rhonda is a great asset to CVS and it is employees such as herself who makes customers happy and want to return back to your store.

On the other hand, the red box machine has been down for months and would be great if it can be replaced with a new one since it hasn’t worked for months.

I previously went to a CVS in Sun City West to get a buy one get one free item. Found out since I didn't have the CVS card, I didn't get the one free. I bought the items and left. Went to a CVS in Sun City and verified that a card was needed to get the item free. The associate Laverne verified that but also took the extra step and offered to get me a card. She was very helpful and professional.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly helpful. They have gone above and beyond all reasonable expectations to help get refill orders from docs, give 3 days of meds, no charge, for lost prescriptions and handled transfer of out of state prescriptions even though they had never been filled by cvs previously. This team deserves all the thanks and praise we can give them!

This CVS has vastly improved in the last 4 years when I first started coming here ...no customer service not polite not helpful. The staff has become much more friendly and even offer assistance at times , they all smile much more. I used to hate coming here but now it's a pleasant experience every time I go. Good work CVS. In addition this store has an extensive home health aids department, toilet seat risers, walkers, canes, tips for canes and glides for walkers, wound dressing, creams and lotions for adult incontinence, anything you might need for an elderly parent they probably have in stock. If you are caring for someone at home, this department is well worth a look,you may discover something to make you and your loved ones life easier/more comfortable.

This is one of the better CVS stores to shop. The staff have always been attentive and smiling. In a crunch staffers, Denease & Cindy, helped me find the exact item I needed (after 20 min of searching!) Kudo's to CVS for keeping customer service a top priority.

Friendly, clean store. Speedy check out. Able to use reward points. Carry my makeup brands.

Always a friendly place older but they seem to work hard at keeping it nice. Always eager to help to I like that. And the fact they always know me

Close to my house and very quick with items.

I only went in to drop off a package for UPS. I've never actually shopped here, but it looks like a typical drugstore. It's very close to my house, so dropping off UPS packages is really convenient.

The peoplethat work in this store are very nice.

Friendly staff and great beer selection.
