Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I was back and forth trying to decide on colors and received help each time. I especially want to point out that Tony, the manager, was really very helpful when I actually came back to buy the paint. I also made use at someone at the store’s suggestion, if the phone consultation and the app for picking colors and “painting” them in a picture of a room. All the staff at this store provided the best customer service I have received in a long time.

They know me and have supported all of my projects since I moved to the area in 1997. They have all of my history in their files, but especially treat me like a valued customer....
Every store person is courteous and professional. Such a pleasant experience each and every visit!

This is my favorite Sherwin Williams store. I’ve been getting my paints here for years and they always have great customer service. Also, I like using paints with a high reflective white base to bring out the true colors of the whites and light colors I select, and they usually have it. If they don’t have exactly what you need, they’ll find a way to get it.

My family and I recently moved to the area and have been repainting most of the house. We brought in a very small paint chip to see if it could be matched.

John greeted us (my wife and I) warmly after a very short wait on a busy Saturday. He was able to match the paint, exactly, color-wise in about a minute. He then worked with us to determine the finish of the paint just based on the small chip and our description of the area that we’re painting.

We didn’t feel pressured at all and he was very helpful in his suggestions and answering all of our questions. He clearly was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and personable.

We had our matching paint in hand and out the door in about ten minutes from walking in. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone for quality of service and selection and matching of any paint color you have- even if the sample they have to take from is very small.

I received top notch service from the sales staff and they very helpful in resolving my color matching request. I learned that the in-store product is different from the Lowe's 'Sherwin-Williams' paint, apparently this is confused a lot, so I suggest Corporate consider adjusting the name so it's more apparent to everyone. The same colors with the same names can look very different based on which place you purchased it. I appreciate the quality of SW paint and service.

The sales person made rhe right recommendation for my project. The color was in stock and I didn't have to have it mixed.

I had to place a large order over the phone and lots of questions about the products. Tim, the assistant manager of this location, was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything in an easy way to understand. I had a follow up question and this time Anthony answered the phone and was just as helpful. Great customer service!

Employees at the Lauderdale store are wonderful! I was greeted when I walked in, was given great service and they even walked my box of goods out to the car. Just fantastic!

John and his manager were super helpful to me. I felt like I was being treated as well as a high volume painter even though I was only buying one gallon of paint. Would highly recommend this store !!

Professional, efficient, sales associate suggested a way to save money. When did good paint become so expensive?? Usually buy from Benjamin Moore or Home Depot but found this store well organized and sales associate treated me like an important customer, even though I only bought one gallon. Will be back for paint for the other bedrooms!

I had to go there to match paint for a touch up.. I dont use their paint as often as I used to but.. I have to admit it is much better then it used to be .. and Bob Evans is a wonderful salesman that will help you in any way he can.. Tim handled everything I needed and did such a great job I think I'll go back to their products for more projects.. these people that are helping are not just employees, they treat you like family.. thank you to all of you.. I appreciate you..

The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. I have had several challenging painting issues and the staff was able to help me get a plan to make my project a success.

Great experience at Short Pump store. We were trying to pick the right color to match other color and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional

Went then to get a color matched that 5 others couldn't match. Tim (The gentleman that helped me) took on the challenge and I believe he has it right. I'll know in the morning when I put it on the walls. Let you know after that happens.

Helpful and friendly staff. Went out of their way to help us and products that were not right for our project were changed out for correct ones.

I have been in every SW in town for 30 years (Duron) all have been great but this shop is so nice and great customer service!!

associate was very helpful, explained the paint options, didn't try to sell me paint that was over the top expensive, knew the sale prices and offered to carry the paint out to my car!
