Unfortunately didn't get his name but have have to compliment the young man who worked in the plumbing area that helped us. He went over and above to help our son get what was needed to hook up water to his new fridge. Wish every place could have such great customer service.

Well, I went to Home Depot and the customer service was horrible? All they did was offer to help me order online. Went over to Lowe's and Customer service was the best I have ever seen. Saved me $150 with offers the Lowe's employee found that I would have never found. Had everything in stock and ready to be delivered within 48 hours (Home Depot was 1 week minimum for same product)

The service here is beyond exceptional. They make you feel like a VIP and now im afraid they have raised the customer service bar for Texas. Brooke at home decor was super friendly and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend. *10 Stars*

Purchased a washer & dryer from Lowe's 1511. Maxine from appliance department was very very professional and efficient with my purchase. -Shout out to Maxine for the awesome job! Whenever I made the decision to purchase the washer & dryer, Maxine went to the back room and brought them within 5 minutes; she checked me out and took the appliances to my truck. My time at the store was hassle free, quick, professional, efficient, and 100% recommended to shop. Wished we had a Lowe's in Grand Prairie, TX

Kevin is amazing! He was the only person out of 3 trips to other lowes and home depot that actually helped! He spent at least 30 minutes helping us find the shower stall and base we needed and a shower door.. he was the best!

The African American staff at the check out counter in the garden center in the morning is very pleasant respectful with excellent customer service. He always has a smile on his face and good words for every customer. Quality products sold.

We love working with Lowe’s in Mansfield, Texas! Their Home Decor department gave us the best service ever! Robyn Chattin was very helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. She helped us with three window treatment projects, one for our son, one for my sister and one for us. The two projects went perfectly well. Our Roman shades, due to our imperfect windows (they were not straight and leveled), did not fit very well. However, Lowe’s was very accommodating and allowed us to change within the time frame. It is so important to them that their customers are happy, and that we are!!! Thank you Lowe’s!

Today was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve EVER had at a Lowe’s store. Michael in the flooring department assisted us with our blind install/purchase. Not only was he very helpful but he was very pleasant and friendly.

I buy the Texas hardwood mulch and compost. I tell the register clerk what I need. I drive around to the side gate where sales associates are always quick to get the mulch, etc. and load it in my car. Easy peasy. They are friendly and helpful!

I left something valuable in a cart and I called up to customer service and Stirling answered the phone and I gave her a description of what I left behind. She immediately searched for it and found it for me !! Thank you Stirling you made my day!!

I have always had good experiences at Lowes. Today' was an extremely rainy day so very slow inside. It's nice to have the floor to yourself and associates willing and ready to help.
