Shoe Carnival

My friend and I went here to pick up some shoes for an upcoming wedding before heading to Macon's DSW. We both found great options here locally. The first pairs we both tried on were wins. Thanks for having a great variety of stylish and comfortable sandals.

Didn't buy anything from this store but was greeted as we walked in and when asked about a discount day posted on the window as we entered the girl said they would honor it on this day even though it happened to be that day but we think she was just confused on the day of the week it was. The store was filled with Manny different types of shoes for everyone in the family from young to old, male and female, and the parking is plenty and free. We may one day try again if we're in the need for shoes or sneakers or saddles, etc.

Always love going in this store while we are near one. We don't have one in our town. Prices were great and everyone was very helpful

Always great! Customer service is always able to meet my needs. If my size is out of stock, they called other stores and mailed them directly to my home. Returns are easy also.

My very first time shopping at Shoe Carnival and I must say I was very pleased !! The store is extremely clean and very well stocked !!! Love the announcements over the intercom that brings all the sales and specials taking place !!! All the staff and extremely polite and beyond helpful !! Checking out was also very pleasant and cashiers are just as polite and helpful as the floor staff !! I will most definitely shop there again !!!

I love their service. Their prices are good, but their service is top notch. We've been buying from them since they opened. In that time, I've only had problems with two pairs of shoes...and both of them were returned with no problem. (actually replaced). I don't think I've purchased shoes from anywhere else since we started going there.

Very kind and helpful staff. Helped me with my online order and exchanging a pair of Nike Slides for a different size. The gentleman that helped said that seemed to be an ongoing issue with the slides and was great getting me what I needed. I will definitely be back.

Found the exact shoes I was looking for at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful getting them down from the shelf and checkout was fast and friendly.

Excellent place to find athletic shoes. New Balance sneakers, just happened to be buy one get one 1/2 off. If you have a size 14 foot or larger that's the only place in town to go, and the price is already half of what they are on Amazon. Great to support a local Merchant!

My husband wears a size 13w & they are hard to find so we always get several pairs when we run across them. Today he had a lot of options but he settled on 2. Love This Store

I love Love love this place. They always have this deal where you buy one pair of shoes and get the other pair half off. Me and my man sometimes go here and get us a fresh pair of kicks for the low. He buys his and gets mine half off So we can get us both a pair of Nikes for $100 or sometimes even less.

Thank you for my yellow box shoes and for the sale on them as well it was wonderful and so enjoy wearing them now. Thank you for the choice of shoes and the great service as well. Will be back soon.

I absolutely love this store they have everything you need or could want in a shoe, boot, sneaker and the staff are great, really helpful and friendly. They have parking outside including disabled parking. I would definitely recommend this store.

Always greeted by friendly people. The staff are wonderful, went today with my 11month old puppy and they let me take her in. They were understanding and very nice about it.
