I stopped in to this UPS store to get some papers notarized. Nysiah was the lovely person who took care of me. She was very polite and personable!! Great Customer Service by her!

If you need assistance see Nysiah, she has superb customer service skills, a great personality. She went above and beyond to help us with notarizing paperwork, extremely informative, attentive to detail, patient and overall made for an easy transaction that otherwise could have been a nightmare. This was my first time visiting this location on Watson Blvd today. I had the pleasure in being serviced by Amanda. Amanda was very professional, pleasant and efficient. It's vital to any establishment to have associates that will provide conducive atmosphere that allows customers to receive great customer experience. Thank you Amanda!!!

The employees were extremely helped while helping me with my package I wasn’t to sure how to send stuff but they help me the whole way through.

Nysiah tracked down my package that would have been sent to an incorrect address. She went to great links to find the package and correct the address. Throughout the process, she was pleasant and extremely helpful. Nysiah Is the best!

Good day to all. I have been a customer with UPS for several years. However, I have this particular UPS store 3688 here in the CenterVille Warner Robins, GA area that I have been doing business with whose customer service is second to none. I have visited it 5 times in the last month or so. The Manager Amanda has waited on me 2 out of the 5 times, the other 4 times I have had different UPS reps wait on me. They all have been attentive, cordial, patient and very understanding. I give them a 10 out of 10 in the customer service area. I’ve never shipped anything from UPS before so I was a little clueless. Alex helped me out and was so nice! Her kindness and patience definitely made an impression. Everyone is always in a rush and wants to get you in and out. My experience was quick and efficient and I really appreciate it.

Every time I go to this store, the employees are all very helpful. Recently I spoke with Mrs. Debi, who is their graphic designer, about having some photos and an obituary printed, so we could have them for my dad's Celebration of Life. Mrs. Debi gave me a few ideas of what she could do and I just told her I'd let her do whatever she thought would look the best because I'm terrible when it comes to creativity, art, or design. A few days later she emailed me a draft copy of the cards she created. I opened the attachment and cried because she clearly put a lot of thought and effort into her work. We discussed a couple minor details that needed to be fixed and she sent me a finalized draft for approval before printing. When I went to pick them up, all the staff had known I was there to see Mrs. Debi and they all made me feel so loved when I was given Mrs.Debi's beautiful work. On top of that beautiful keepsake she created for my dad's memory, she gave me 4 big posters, one for me and each of my siblings, that we can frame to remind us each day of our dad's life and legacy. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Debi for your next design needs! Her and the other employees at the UPS Store are always extremely helpful!

I have been using this store for all my shipping needs. A store associate named "Nysiah" has always helped me navigate different shipping options to help me get the best deal, on some occasions I was able to save upto $40 on some packages after following nysiah's recommendations.

She is very nice, patient and takes pride in her work. I will definitely keep using this store for my future shipping needs.

The ladies at store 3688 are amazing. Ladies thank you for taking the time to serve the community. Ms. Debi thank you so much for showing such dedication to the customers as well as to the business. You are truly one of a kind. Not many businesses have staff members that will go above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of. You are truly an asset. This place is amazing; Anna’s customer service is an example for all to follow. She goes above and beyond. I live much closer to other UPS stores but drive the extra distance to come to this store. They figure everything out for me and there’s coffee while I wait. Love it!
