I had a doctor appointment in Macon and stopped by a few minutes after breakfast was over. The staff was very nice and friendly. They understood and politely fixed my wife and I a sandwich. For this, I am very grateful 🙏 .

Clean location. The drive thru line moved fast. The card reader was positioned outside the window so drive thru customers could easily pay by card, Apple Pay, etc. There was no need to give the cashier my card or phone. To top it off, my food was hot and fresh.

The food was quick. And the workers here were extremely nice. The lady taking orders made sure we got everything we needed and even walked to the back while our order was being made to make sure they gave me extra big Mac sauce on the side. There was a lady cleaning the restaurant, and she was doing a good job and even cleaned the palyarea quickly after someone peeded on the slide.

Everything was great I would recommend this place nice customer service

My local McDonald's. It's my go to when I want a cheeseburger. Food quality is always good and the customer service is good. #1 McDonald's in the area. 🍔🍟

I just picked up a large order for multiple people and Morgan was very helpful,polite,patient, very sweet and ready to help us and make sure we had everything for our order and more. Probably the best service we have had at any McDonald’s all thanks to Morgan!

Went through the drive-thru. Got my food quick and was still warm when I got home.

I really appreciated my experience with McDonald's I was only picking up a doordash order so I didn't have that much of a customer experience other than walking in and saying what my order number was and I kept the customer's name private like doordash ask you to my man Steve works here Steve a real good guy Steve a real hard worker Steve worker Steve I appreciate you for all your hard work I'll give this place $5 all around this McDonald's is significantly better than the one in Byron don't eat there Felicia works there and she's mean the hard workers I quit over there I quit working over there they don't do nothing they don't work hard enough they're in enough going on I can't do it but this McDonald's worth real hard they real good employees over here Steve is a good emplouis I will respect him

This location has a lot of problems. The soda machine in the lobby never works, you can't use your card at the kiosk so you have to wait for them to let you pay at the counter and obviously the counter is not as important than the drive thru. Almost always something is missing and you have to park and go in when you do go through the drive thru!

They are so helpful all the time. As a father of two little girls I was thankful that when the male restroom was full they cleared the female one so my daughter could go in with me. Otherwise she would have had an accident. Thank you McDonald's staff.

Fast Fast Fast. That basically sums up McDonald's. But as for this Particular location, I've got to say that it was a pleasure to visit. Our order was one hundred percent accurate and hot. All ingrediants were hot and flavorful. They had all items asked for and great customer service. No complaints. Highly recommended

This place is always busy and when you are short staffed, trying to keep up, give credit to everyone there. They were all working hard. So be nice and kind.

Friendly and courteous staff and the cleanest playground I've encountered in quite some time. I had asked an employee why this location had such a clean playground and did they do it or was it cleaned by an outside company. She said that they maintained it daily, however they did have a company by the name of UltraClean, Inc. come in once per month to sanitize & do a more detailed & thorough cleaning on the whole playground,especially the joints and seams where I have seen other places neglect time after time.

I drive for Uber Eats and this is by far my favorite McDonald's to pick up food, the manager on duty tonight was Alex and he's very friendly, has great customer service and always has the order I'm picking up ready for me when i walk in. The other McDonald's on Watson and N. Houston could definitely learn alot from the managers and crew here. Thanks for the great service.

This location has really stepped it up, the service was amazing, the entire dining area is clean. Staff was super friendly and attentive when we needed anything.
Absolutely my favorite location now.
