Love this place . A little pricey but you become a member and get great deals. Love the stress relief and relax lotion. I have restless legs and the relax lavander really helps. The wallflowers make your whole house smell great!!

Such nice ppl work here. Usually hit up sales or the semi annual sale.

Hesitant about the products—have always been a basic bar soap kind of guy.

But, the mens products have one me over in their quality and variety.

I stopped here to exchange some candles. It was within a half hour to closing time. The two women working there were extremely pleasant and helpful. I wasn't being rushed out of the store. I was able to take my time and find what I wanted. They answered my questions and it was an excellent experience.

Every employee is so kind friendly and helpful at this location. Today 5/29/21 the sales lady Stephanie went above and beyond for her kindness and helpfulness. She made my daughter feel so special having her own bag and showing her items that was great for her age! Thank you to all the employees there and the kindness you all show every time I’m in the store!

Okay! okay! okay! let's just get this out of the way now! This is my new bath and body works from this day forward! Talk about a staff that does everything to see their customers happy. There's a thing these places do, every one of them, and that's meeting customers at the door and engaging in ways to get them to the items they specifically want. This store though, they did that and more. The floor employees, cashiers and management were a cut above! Thank you Parma Hts b&bw .I definitely walked away happy today.

Great experience! I've only shopped Bath & Body Works a few times, but every time that I've been to this location I've been treated incredibly well. Plus, their candles are some of the best around.

I went in during their annual sale and even though the store was PACKED the employees still found a way to make sure I was attended to and helped. Clearly the management at this store is well prepared for things like this and a special shout out to Mack for helping me out so much!

They looked like they were sold out of a specific candle that I was looking for and Mack stopped what she was doing, found it for me and took the time to explain other things and store policies that I wanted to know. Even though things might have been at their most hectic during that sale, she still found a way to make me feel valued as a customer.

Mack was awesome and so was my cashier and the rest of the staff that I interacted with as well! This is a great place!

People that work here during the holidays are amazing.

Today was my first time at this location!! The associates were all so lovely, especially Melissa, Dana, and Colleen. They were so helpful and patient, as well as bright and happy. Sometimes I get really anxious going into stores with a lot of choices, but they made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be making this My Bath & Body Works as opposed to Southpark Mall or Great Northern (nothing against them, my experience here was just so nice!) Thank you ladies for helping me and being patient!! Like many people, I have been in customer service for many years, so I can confidently say this store is full of rock stars. :)

The Employees are so Polite no matter when I go in there ! They are always there to help you out & answer questions if have any & if they don't have the answer they find someone who knows the Answer ! There is always plenty Employees there & always stocked well & always restocking the product !

Amazing stuff, the best candles ever.... Especially right now with the fantastic sale they've had going on for the past few weeks, who wouldn't want to stock up on the most of all my favorite things!!!

Every one is nice and not in your face. Store is clean but rather small and it's kinda hidden if you're not familiar with that shopping center. Kind of tucked in a corner. You have Cato Fashions on one side and Tandy Leather on the other.

There were 12 people in line and the line moved quickly. They had shopping bags to put your hand soap or products in. Staff was excellent. Three cashiers. Very helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff inside and out. Kudos to all.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The store is clean and well organized. I am disappointed that their prices keep rising. However, their candles are amazing & only buy them when they are on sale. Due to them being overpriced.

Small store, so a little outside wait due to this weekend's sale. Nice friendly staff. A little hard to smell the scents while masked but most candle scents made it through!
